Come and unwind in the mountains! 3 bed, 3 bath, 2 masters with kings. 3 levels each with their own bed/bath/family room so you can spread out and relax.
Newly furnished and renovated. All the comforts of home but nestled in the mountains. Perfect location between Banner Elk and Boone- skiing (sugar/beech/app ski) hiking, wineries, grandfather mountain, great restaurants, so much to do. Modern kitchen, gas fireplace, grill, bumper pool and pacman for kids, endless fun.
The space:
Very spacious and comfy cabin. 3 bedroom cabin, 2 masters with king beds. Loft bedroom has 2 twin beds. Basement living room has a queen pullout.
3 floors, each floor has its own bedroom, full bath , and family room so you can really spread out. Amazing for multiple families traveling together or a great place for the kids and parents to spread out.
There is a pack and play available but you will need to bring your own sheet.

The main floor is very open, great family room with a large flat screen above the gas fireplace. Leather couch that reclines plus 2 recliner chairs. Great modern kitchen with granite and stainless. Blender, toaster, coffee maker (drip style machine), wine glasses, all the typical kitchen appliances. Dining table for 6 plus 3 stools at the kitchen island so plenty of space to eat. Bath on main floor has a Jacuzzi jetted tub.

Loft upstairs has a great set up. Gameroom style with a 3 in 1 table for games, poker table, and turns into bumper pool table as well. Pac-Man, race car, and NBA Jams arcade games. TV with nice couch. Plus a bedroom and full bath.

Basement has another bedroom and full bath. Washer and Dryer. Plus another family room with TV and pullout queen couch. So many areas to spread out and not be on top of one another.

Great back deck. Seating, small picnic table, gas grill (propane grill should be available but as we are not in town always if it is empty and you exchange at the grocery we will reimburse). Home is surrounded by giant pines, a window between the pines with a little Mountain View. Once you step on the back deck you feel nice and secluded in the trees.

The area is amazing
Skiing - 10 minutes from sugar mountain, about 15 to Beech and 25 to Appalachian Mountain for skiing. 3 resorts to ski at !!!

Snowtubing - Hawksnest, Beech and Sugar all have great snow tubing for kids and adults alike. So much fun

Hiking - Grandfather mountain, Blowing rock, Otter falls, so many more

Sugar and Beech Mountains with mountain roller coaster, skiing, mountain biking, hiking and endless fun

Wineries - Grandfather winery just down the street, banner elk winery 15 min

Golf - numerous courses in the area

Towns - set up perfectly between Banner Elk and Boone, plus Blowing Rock very close. Beautiful quaint downtown of Banner Elk with some great places to eat and some great little parks for the kids to run around. Boone just down the road the other way. King street, App State, Tons of restaurants and shops.

The area is in the mountains, 4 wheel drive is needed in winter if snow is in the forecast. some steep roads but well paved. After snow the neighborhood has someone to plow but we can not guarantee when he will arrive to plow, it could be the following day. If snow is in the forecast 4 wheel drive is highly advised.
Other things to note
TV - we have 3 55 in TVs in each family room (none in bedrooms). The TVs have apps downloaded but you will need to log into your own accounts. There is NO cable or included services, you must log into your own apps (Netflix/hulu/disney/etc...)
