Make yourself at home in one of Siesta Keys most exclusive luxury condominium complex The Gulf and Bay Club. Our 1st floor two bedroom and two bath condominium is the perfect find for those looking for the ideal extended Siesta Key getaway. The Gulf and Bay Paradise Condo is a 1,300 SQFT, fully updated, condo that overlooks the Gulf and Bay Gardens and pool. Find all the amenities of home with a fully stocked kitchen, quality home furnishings, linens, and towels.

The Backdoor of Gulf and Bay Paradise Condo opens directly onto the Gulf and Bay Club's Gardens. The Garden area includes a large freshwater lake surrounded by gas grill and picnic areas, 2 pools, and lush vegetation. Take a quick stroll down the gardens to Siesta Key Beach to enjoy a day out on the beach.

The Gulf and Bay Club provides some of the best amenities on Siesta Key. All guests of the Gulf and Bay Club are welcome to enjoy 3 pools, 8 tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center, and club house. The Gulf and Bay club is situated directly on Siesta Key Beach, immediately South of the main Siesta Key Public Beach.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
