Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After three years of seeking a place for a two month stay we were recommended to contact Cresent Royals in Siesta Key. Although the location was exceptional (litterally across the streety fron the beach) the condo is first class and the management company even better. No complaints, no second thoughts - we're just very happy satisfied people.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first three days the air conditioner was not working we made several attempts prior to that to get it working finally I convinced him that there was something wrong and they finally called it a technician 3 days later. After that it worked great it was low on freon

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value all input, as it helps us improve and ensure a better experience for all of our guests. We’re sorry to hear that you experienced discomfort due to the air conditioning during your stay. Please know that as soon as the issue was reported, our maintenance technician (not the manager) responded promptly (as you never spoke to the Manager) even though it was after hours on a weekend. He made every effort to resolve the issue on the spot and arranged for a full repair first thing Monday morning, the next business day. We do want to note that the unit in question has a maximum occupancy of four guests, but it was occupied by over ten people spread out all over the condo and were informed to make other arrangements, for which you did not. This significantly impacted the HVAC system’s performance as you and the many other guests kept trying to lower the tempreture well below 65 degrees. While we strive to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, exceeding occupancy limits can lead to challenges beyond our control.
