Enter past the beautiful Palo Verde tree and iconic shadow block by the front door to enter into a lush oasis of jeweled colors starting with the Amethyst wall with original contemporary light art.

This 3 bed/2 bath home can host all types of occasions or celebrations. The living room and Primary and Second bedroom open directly to the pool area and back courtyard - the perfect blend of indoor/outdoor So Cal lifestyle. There is a desk in the Emerald Room and a laundry room available for use during your stay.

A full selection of organic coffee beans and organic teas along with organic sugar, honey, and coconut sugar. You'll also find organic condiments in the fridge for your use.

The ensuite primary bathroom - which leads right out to the pool - Features great backyard views and a quick hop to the pool or hot tub, Roku TV, room darkening velvet curtains and a closet with a dresser for your clothes.

SECOND BEDROOM - THE Emerald Suite
with Emerald walls and matching emerald velvet bedspread and curtains. BACKYARD/POOL AREA
Heading outside you will find a stunning backyard offering complete privacy from the street and the neighbors. Designed as a sunken living room by the renowned Desert Landscape Design firm as featured on the cover of Atomic Ranch magazine. Gaze upon the minimalist design featuring Palm trees, Barrel cactus, Ocotillo, Agave, Yuccas, and Lemon, Lime and Grapefruit trees (help yourself to any ripe fruit) that look even more exquisite lit up at night. Take your pick of 44 pieces of white metal vintage Homestead furniture to relax and lounge on allowing for multiple seating areas to gather together in the outdoor living room, at the fire pit, relax on the pool loungers or gather at the tables.

Pool can be heated for $100/day, 2 day minimum.

Relax in the soothing waters of the salt water pool or the Ozone system Jacuzzi with 39 jets to massage all your cares away and gaze at the larger than life San Jacinto Mountains. Grab your tongs and start grilling on the gas BBQ grill. There is also a grassy area specially designed for your fur babies!

PRIMARY BATHROOM
Just off the Primary Sapphire Bedroom with a walk in shower and all essentials provided boasts designer Dusen Dusen 100% brushed cotton terry towels - 700 GSM and Oeko-Tex certified (no harmful chemicals were used during its production). The colors in the bathroom key off the playful designs of these towels carried in the MOMA museum gift shop. Non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as organic castille hand soap.

The bathroom door opens directly to the pool area.

GUEST BATHROOM
Just off the living room and close to the other bedrooms, also with a walk in shower and also with Dusen Dusen towels in different color palette. Non-toxic shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as organic castille hand soap

KITCHEN
Fully equipped to prepare meals with ceramic non-toxic pots and pans, electric kettle, large toaster oven/air fryer, full set of knives, Cuisinart food processor, blender, vintage Krups coffee maker, French Press, stovetop espresso maker as well as a selection of organic coffees - regular, decaf and espresso - and organic teas, honey and sugar. In the fridge you will find organic mustard, mayo, ketchup as well as organic olive oil, vinegars and spices.

Parking is available in the carport and driveway of the house as well as street parking. This is a quiet neighborhood of cul-de-sac homes so easily walkable and bikeable.

City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Regulations:

The person booking must be 25 years or older.
No outdoor music at any time.
No parties or events.
Photo shoots and film shoots also not allowed.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Only registered guests allowed at the property - no additional daytime guests.
A maximum of 3 cars are allowed at any time during your stay in the carport. No parking on the street.

*Note - Events are possible but need about a 3 month lead time to work out details and get a permit from the city. Photoshoots and Film shoots need at least a 72 hour lead time.
