The apartment is located on the top floor of a luxury residence with guardian.

Terrace
The terrace, the true organ of the place, offers an exceptional panorama: mountains, city of Cannes, sea and islands. It is equipped with a dining table and a seating area to enjoy every moment.
East side night space
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a private balcony.
There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.
West side night space
A second bedroom with double bed (140x200 cm) and its own integrated shower. The whole is oriented towards the sea.
Residence
The residence offers an accessible swimming pool from 8am to 8pm all year round, in a quiet and secure setting.

The apartment is located in the residential area of California in Cannes, a quiet and popular area, perched on the heights, which offers a privileged view over the bay, hills and islands.
- Walk and viewpoints: from the apartment, rides in the upper California provide access to several viewpoints, with panoramic views of the Lérins Islands and the Estérel Massif.
- Centre-ville de Cannes: take about 8–10 minutes by car to get off to the Croisette, the palaces and the beaches
- Antibes Street: 5–7 minutes by car: Cannes central shopping street, ideal for shopping, cafes and restaurants
- Palais des Festivals et Congrès: accessible in 10 minutes by car, emblematic place for international events
- Beaches: the beaches of La Croisette are a few minutes by car, allowing you to enjoy the coastline easily
- Forville and Suquet Market: about 10 minutes by car to discover a covered Provençal market, rich in fresh products and local specialities, as well as the old area of Cannes

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
