Welcome to the Avocado House! The whole group (small & civilized events are ok!) will enjoy easy access to it all. 1 block away from Sister Pie, Marrow, Mumma Maria’s, Two Birds & more. Around the corner is Red Hook coffee & LCD Yoga/Cycling. Across the street is a basketball court and other fun stuff for everyone. You’ll find yourselves just a 7min drive from downtown. Our home is super safe and fitted to everyone’s needs! Private parking in the driveway behind our home. Need anything, pls ask!

This is a beautifully renovated home with all new bathrooms, kitchen and hardwood floors. Our beds are all queen Tempur-Pedic with night stands and lamps on each side. The dining table seats 6 people, the TV is 50 inches and our WiFi is business grade. We also provide linens, towels, shampoo, body wash and all kitchen ware. If you need a high-chair, pack and play or crib, we can put you in touch with a rental company that can assist. We also provide a BBQ Grill and 2 parking spots!

We are located in the Historic West Village neighborhood of Detroit on East Vernor/ Beals st.. Just a 3 min walk (one block) to Sister Pie Bakery and Marrow Restaurant/Mamma Maria's/ Two Birds Bar. We are also a 7 minute walk to Redhook Coffee, LCD Yoga and Cycling/Detroit Vegan Soul/Metropolitan Kitchen etc. We are on a very quiet, family friendly street, we know all our neighbors. Most of the houses on our block have been renovated but a couple have not. Please don't let that alarm you, this is just the case with ALL OF DETROIT. If someone tells you differently then they are most likely not being honest with you. We are right across from a school and a beautiful park with new basketball courts. It does not get any safer than that.
