Enjoy this spacious 95sqm air-conditioned apartment in Montmartre, rue Lepic with its timeless charm in the heart of Paris, and make the most of your stay!



The Space:

In a nice Parisian building, next to the famous café "Les Deux Moulins" that everyone saw in "Amélie", this luminous apartment invites you to stay as close as possible of the cultural activites in Paris.



On the second floor whitout elevator, this amazing 3 bedroom apartment, equiped with A/C, opens onto a beautiful kitchen and a nice living room, with a dining area that can comfortably accomodate 8 people, it's also has a confortable sofa-bed.



All the bedrooms have adjoining bathroom, one of them is equiped with a shower and a toilet and the others have shower.

The two master-bedrooms are equiped with King-Size beds, and the other one enjoys a double bed.

There is also a separated toilets in the apartment. (Two in total)



At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from a connected television and high-speed wifi.



For maximum comfort, this apartment has hotel quality bedding, linens and towels, a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Mostly fine, good location, close to the metro, many shops and also for eating. Air conditioning in rooms, plenty of utensils, plates, cups. Need to walk 2 floors to flat. Clothing washer and dryer was not so effective for cleaning and drying.

This Paris flat on the walk-up 2nd floor was perfect for my party of six. Big windows open up onto Rue Le Pic which is full of shops and cafes . It was very close to the Metro and walking distance to many sights. The one small bedroom which you had to crawl over bed to bathroom did have its own toilet and shower. The other two had private showers but a shared toilet. The open living space was perfect and a/c was a treat . The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. C’est magnifique!

Good location. Stay and communication not great. This property is managed by Pick A Flat, not a private host. There weren’t enough hand and dish towels. We had to buy batteries for the remote control. No hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Missing a house manual that explains how to use the induction stove, clothes washer, etc. Not enough hooks to hang towels. The freezer was completely frozen solid and the door did not shut. Black mold in the bathroom. Management offered twice for us to have a complimentary mid-week cleaning due to all the issues and both times no cleaners showed up. One key for 4 people on the reservation, we needed to ask for a second. Overall, not worth the money or hassle.
