I am sorry to learn that you didn't do your due diligence in choosing a property that was the right fit for you and your group. The description (as well as pictures to view) stated that the property is equipped with 3 bedrooms and a loft area with three single beds for kids and children ( not for grow men that are between the ages of 65-75 years old). Moreover, the stairs leading up to the loft is not an easy climb --- especially, for older persons. Sincere regards, Endalyn

I also appreciate your constructive feedback. Guest comments are incredibly valuable, and we've already begun addressing several of the items you mentioned. Since your stay, we continue to make improvements throughout the home. We have also added reusable grocery bags for our guests. Regarding the turtles, it is unfortunate that they are no longer frequenting the beach after the recent shark incident. They had been a favorite attraction for many visitors over the years.
