On the first floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, one of which is en suite, a second full bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace.

The ground floor comprises a two-bedroom apartment with a full bathroom and a kitchen-dining area with direct access to a large outdoor space with a swimming pool and barbecue.

The house has air conditioning on both floors.
