This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic time. The hosts were exceptional—very attentive, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Pier Park, which made getting around so easy. One of the best parts was the incredible amount of beach accessories and chairs provided—it made our beach days effortless. Even though we visited during a chillier time of year, we still found ourselves sitting on the beach and enjoying the direct Gulf access. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back!

Everyone in our party was so impressed with this condo. So much room. Everything we could possible need was supplied. Best cooking supplies of anywhere we have ever stayed. The beds were comfy.

Amazing Spacious Condo

We had 4 teenage boys going and my 22 year old daughter and her fiancee going with me and my husband. In this condo we were spread out enough that we wasnt right on top of each other. My daughter and her fiancee had their own little part. We had AMAZING VIEWS. The condo was very clean and beds were sooo comfortable!!! I was slightly worried about quite time hours before we left being i had so many teenagers going but everything was wonderful!! I broke my kneecap two days before we left home i was worried about wheelchair accessibility but i had no problems whatsoever!! The one thing i loved is when i finally did make it to the sand they didnt allow people to set up canopies in front of the beach chairs they provided and that was great!! It was not overcrowded like the other places next to us seemed! Check in was easy!! I loved everything about our stay!! Recommend this condo!!

Perfect Stay

Breezy Living was the perfect stay for our family of 5. The condo is in immaculate condition and very comfortable. The beds were great and the unit was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very quiet and family friendly. We loved the spacious floor plan and enjoyed the amenities provided by the host. Even when the weather wasn’t cooperative our first day for the beach we were perfectly fine playing some of the provided games and enjoying watching sports on the large screen tv. The condo is even better than the pictures and description- don’t hesitate to book it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Extra roomy, beautifully decorated, spotless condo! Extremely well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Mattresses were very comfortable. Very kind and responsive host. We’ve stayed in many different oceanfront condos in PCB over the years, and this one is truly top notch.

Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo. Even prettier than the pictures. The view was amazing. We seen a stingray and a baby shark from the balcony. The condo is updated and very clean. You will not regret booking this. We loved it. Loved the outside storage room with all the beach chairs and body boards and toys for the kids. Thank you for sharing you beautiful home with us.

July 4th Beach Vacation

This condo was amazing, and made our family beach vacation memorable! We were able to check in a little early when we arrived to Florida, which was very helpful after traveling all day with young children. We were able to locate everything in the kitchen that was needed to cook some meals. The labeled drawers were very helpful, and cut down on time having to search through everything to find certain utensils or pot that was needed to cook a meal. The signs in the condo that provided a warning that the air conditioner would shut off if the door was left open was a good deterrent for my little girl not to leave the door open when she went out on the balconies. For the 4th of July celebration, we were able to watch the fireworks overlooking the ocean. It was amazing and something we definitely will not forget. Overall I would recommend this condo to anyone who is visiting the PC Beach area!

Family Vacation

This condo was beautiful & had everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and more than enough space. Location to shopping & restaurants is perfect and the view from the balcony can’t be beat. We would definitely stay at this property again.

September Vacation

Such a great condo! We stay at Sterling Breeze every year for fall break. This is our first time in this unit, and we will always choose this one from now on! Perfect for two families, both with small children. Very clean and you can tell the owners have paid great attention to detail to provide their guests with a great experience. Owners had fantastic communication with the threat of a hurricane. Cannot say enough good things!

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo was above and beyond our expectations. We had plenty of room for our large family and the view of the beach and water were amazing. The pool and hot tub on the property were very nice and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owner checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. If you’re looking for a nice, updated condo with lots of room, look o further!

Summer Vacation

This was our first time staying at Sterling Breeze and the condo was spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with items to make it easy for cooking and it was nice to have a grill on the balcony. The kids had plenty of space and liked having outlets next to their beds so they could charge their phones. The beds very comfortable and overall, the condo was great! The pool and hot tub area was nice and the beaches weren't very crowded. It was great being able to get a drink or snacks at the bar by the pool. It was also nice being walking distance to Pier Park so we didn't have to sit in traffic. The kids had a great time!! Lastly, the owners are the best! They constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was good, which is a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Everything was perfect! This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and both times we could not have been more pleased. The attention to detail to make your family comfortable is refreshing! Spencer with the chair set ups is very attentive as well. We love the convenience of the location to shopping and dining. This year we rented a golf cart from classic they were super nice. Family vacation

We had an incident and the owners were right on top of it and did everything to ensure our safety and satisfaction was number 1. The elevator situation was horrible because of other visitors breaking it, but there was nothing that could be done. The company was continuously working on fixing it. The location was wonderful and our family had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous Condo and Great Location - Highly Recommend!

What a great property! The condo is super clean, well appointed, and is in a great location! My family loved every minute. Everything was comfortable and the communication from the owner was fantastic. Great perks and we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and nearby shopping. We'll definitely be back!

Sterling Breeze resort is an amazing boutique style resort just 1/2 mile from Pier Park on the quieter end of Panama City Beach. The property features a large jacuzzi spa that adults and children love to relax in. The large heated pool is always a welcome retreat and never feels crowded. The poolside grill and bar is always a big hit, serving delicious food, snacks and drinks from March - October. At night (weather permitting), take advantage of the resort's gas-powered firepit located adjacent to the pool. Relax by the fire as the kids swim in the pool.
