This single-story home has two steps at the entryway and three steps leading from the kitchen to the living area.

The homeowner may occasionally stay in the detached apartment located behind this rental, accessed via a private entrance on the alley.

Rent bikes and hop on the Ann & Roy Butler Hike/Bike Trail (1 mile) for views of downtown and Lady Bird Lake. During warmer months, rent kayaks or paddleboards and enjoy lovely views from the water.

Rainey Street offers a bustling promenade of restaurants, music venues, and pubs (2 miles). Or venture just 1.5 miles into the heart of downtown for even more culture, cuisine, and entertainment.

Zilker Park is home to the ACL Music Festival. While there, take a refreshing dip at Barton Springs Pool (2 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
