Preferred location, south of Cape Coral Pkwy, close to Rose Garden area (Rotary Park, Tarpon Point marina and restaurants)** good and quiet neighborhood (cul-de-sac), great for walking** fast sailboat Gulf access

Western rear exposure (sunsets)** kind of two master suites concept (two bedrooms face the water and have views (windows) and direct access to the lanai (each has a door) - both bedrooms also have a big bathroom attached - therefore Lappinowa is perfect for 2 couples

Gulf access by boat: quick access without bridge or lock
Garage: at least space for one car
Crib and high chair for free as always in Seabim homes
Pooltable / Billard
Dolphins and manatees are seen in the canal from time to time

New roof in 2023 (not on pictures yet)

The waterfall by the pool, which can be seen in the pictures, unfortunately no longer works.

Excellent!

We enjoyed our 3-week stay very much! The house is everything as advertised. It had everything we needed. We brought a flats boat and it fit nicely against the dock without any worries. Neighbors are nice too. It's very close to stores but away from the hustle and bustle of traffic/crowds. We are already looking at the calendar to find out when we can stay again next year!

Perfect family getaway

My four children and I absolutely loved this property! The pool was the perfect assest to the house. The house was clean and had all the ammenties we needed for our stay. The pool table was a bonus. I would highly recommend staying here and it was only a 20-30 minute drive to the beach.

Relaxing and Well Appointed

This home is in a nice neighborhood, convenient to lots of restaurants and Publix supermarket. The hosts are the best of the best. Friendly, courteous, approachable, communicative, and the most helpful we’ve seen from a management company. The pool was great, the spot on the canal was also very good. The backyard faces west, so that gave us some great sunset views. The home is very clean, and well appointed. The pool table was a fun touch! We played as a family several times. Note: all 3 beds are very very firm / hard and 2 of them are incredibly low to the ground. That said, I wish there was a spot for pictures, because we took some absolutely gorgeous pictures at sunset.

We loved the location. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and safe to walk with kids. The house was clean and the pool table was super fun and a great way to break from the pool fun.

Lovely family vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this home. We greatly appreciated the functionality of the kitchen and all of the accessories to prepare and host meals (utensils, appliances, grill, etc). The bedrooms were well stocked with towels (pool/ bath) and sheets. The decor is a bit eclectic but this house has everything you need for a nice vacation in sunny FL.

Great property ~highly recommend!

House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. I appreciated having the garage to use. Quite neighborhood, barely saw any people. Nice to watch the sunset and boats on the canal. Screened porch/pool area is an absolute lifesaver! No complaints really, but I suggest replacing the towels or washing them with a little bleach, they smell bad when wet.

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. If we weren’t on a beach, we were in the pool. It was clean and warm and plenty of seating was provided. We would stay here again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

Perfect house for our retreat from the cold weather in Chicago! The property was just as advertised and very clean. The pool is kept warm and gets great sun from noon until sundown (beautiful sunsets as well). We did some fishing in the canal behind the house and caught mangrove snappers and jacks. We also liked that the house was about a minute away from a grocery store and there were a lot of restaurants within a short drive.
