BAYFRONT PROPERTY -- with a 20’ wall of glass sliders overlooking Little Sarasota Bay! Located at The Pointe, the southernmost tip of Siesta Key, on a 5-acre gated and private peninsula of land between a lagoon and the Bay. Enjoy the many amenities including a large, heated pool and jetted spa, boat docking, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, three outdoor gas grilling areas with tables, kayak or canoe launches, fitness center, sauna, bike racks, fishing off the docks, and fish cleaning stations.
The condo is newly renovated with a king-bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi & cable, washer/dryer, and a great kitchen with Gulf sunset vistas! Open the sliders and enjoy the fresh breezes, the sound of fish jumping, watch Florida wading birds and osprey. Porpoise sightings are common. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler provided. One designated covered parking space plus unassigned guest parking.
The southern end is less busy but still only 3 miles from Siesta Key Village and Siesta Beach. From the condo walk to Turtle Beach, restaurants, and the free trolley.
