Very clean and so close to the beach, like close enough that instead of packing a cooler I just ran up to the room to make a few sandwiches and grab some cold waters and ran back to our spot. Lots of eating options nearby and a very handy market! The trolley stop was close too. Everything we needed was there and cute beach-y decor. Communication was great with Cheryl and the office staff the facility was helpful too! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time celebrating my daughter’s HS graduation! Room was exactly as described! Well stocked with everything you need & clean! Office staff were great! Conveniently located right on the beach & directly across the street has everything you may need or want! Owners also left my daughter a graduation gift which was totally unexpected but very thoughtful & just put the cherry on top of our stay!

Amazing condo, within seconds of the most gorgeous gulf sand! Everything was so great! Condo was so well appointed and very modern and comfortable and relaxing and within walking distance to great seaside restaurants and good local market and unique shops. Would definitely stay here again! Sorry my trip is over!

Very welcoming Host! Our stay was very comfortable! We had everything… so well equipped!! Super clean!! And most importantly the bed was very nice!!

Clean home & building, condo staff & owner provided quick responses, great & convenient location, great access to the beach & restaurants/markets/bike rentals. Pool (near front entrance) is opposite side of beach access. My kids still liked having both options.

Clean, spacious, everything you need was there. Location was perfect distance to restaurants and beach.Condo was well equipped! The host was very responsive and timely. Main office was very friendly and accommodating. Would def rent here again!

Fantastic location great vacation spot

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Shell. Great location for restaurants and shops. Definitely one of our favorite spots. Great family beach location. Owner was very helpful with local information for places to visit.

Great location and comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was so centrally located we never had to drive anywhere. The condo itself was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and quiet. Beautiful and easy beach access. We’ll be back!

Great communication and easy check in. I made an error and the host contacted me immediately and helped out. Very clean, great location. My family of 5 had the best trip. Our first time to Siesta Key and it was amazing. We all want to come back!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is beautiful and the location is great. Easy walking distance to beach restaurants and nightlife. Would stay again. Beds could be a little more comfortable.

Great condo

The condo was great. Perfect location across from the market, restaurants, and a trolley stop. Would have liked to be closer to the beach but we could see a small view of the ocean from the balcony.

Thank you for your review and am glad you enjoyed your stay and the location with proximity to everything stated in description. I believe our description is accurate on the site as well and that we have a balcony view of ocean and it is only 100 yards from the beach by walk. Will consider changing the wording - we do put a lot of time into making our condo quite suitable for guests so will take your comment into consideration for changing the wording.

Reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. Husband, Ed, and I enjoy escaping to Siesta Key whenever we have an opportunity. Have been coming to Siesta Key for past 27 years and always had been looking to purchase condo here.

We fell in love with our location directly on the beautiful white, powdery sands of Crescent Beach and yet, just across the street from Capt. Curt's Seafood Restaurant, Daiquiri Deck, shops, grocery, marina, drug store, post office and delightful outdoor Sniki Tiki Bar. Just 300 yds from our beach is a great area for exploring at Point of Rocks, tidal pools, exotic birds, exception shelling and snorkeling. No other complex on Siesta Key can beat our fun location.

We are located just a block from the mainland bridge for easy access on and off the island, convenient location for everything, yet quiet tranquil beach. This section of Crescent Beach is the widest beach along the Gulf.
