This was our first time staying in Treasure Island… For the past 10 years we have stayed in Pass A Grille, but I was ready for a place that had more room and a private beachfront balcony. This condo delivered! The condo was very clean in the bed in the main room was super comfy. The air conditioning worked like a champ. We also love that it has a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms.Communication about the property and check in process was smooth and easy. We love that. It has a dedicated parking spot, but be sure to pay attention to the height. They mention in the listing as larger. SUVs may find it a tight squeeze. My 2024 traverse fit without any issues, but I did make sure not to open the hatch all the way. The location of this condo is perfect. Yes it is a little walk to the beach due to the vast open sand area between the beach and condo, but it did not take away from the views at all. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet it was once you were inside the condo and we slept great each night. We were lucky enough to catch beautiful sunsets and we were very close to several awesome food options.We look forward to staying here again next year!

Great customer service

we started our trip with a minor cleaning snafu, that was addressed very quickly by the managers. They made everything right by comping our cleaning fee and one night of stay, additionally, they provided us with free tickets to the Salvador Dali museum. They had also offered to let us stay at another location. We chose not to move and were very satisfied with the condo. Would stay there again!

Great property

Great location. Property manager responded quickly to any questions. Property was clean and had plenty of kitchen stuff. Toaster and hairdryer did not work though. Need to replace some of the chairs and a wagon added would be a plus since there is a nice walk to the beach.

Rented hard & Put away soaking wet

How this property is rated a 5-star exceptional is beyond me. We have been property owners utilizing VRBO for 20 years and understand what it takes for a 5-star rating. This is a Rental Unit and it shows just that. Bring some house shoes or flip-flops because the floors are worn and filthy. Fortunately, the management company was professional and very responsive to any inquiries. In my opinion this property has absentee ownership in which depends on the incoming revenue. I typically would not provide a negative review although, in this situation for renters traveling afar you need to be informed.

Great stay and gorgeous views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island and this condo was a nice spot for our little family. It is on a corner unit and only on the second floor up from parking, which meant at least there weren't too many stairs to trek up - and the elevator was an easy option! We loved how it was located right along the walking trail and the expansive walk to the beach, while tiring, was beautiful. The beach was lovely! The only down side overall is that this poor town is certainly still recovering from the hurricanes. While the pool was still in working order, there was much of the deck that was in rough condition and taped off. The public access beach next door was entirely shut down, and many of the restaurants and nearby resorts were closed. Certainly no fault of the property owners, but something to be aware of! Sending best wishes that they are able to recover quickly. The property itself was good, only critique there is that it would have been nice to have a few more of the "necessities" available - like an extra trash bag or two. We especially enjoyed the comfortable king size bed in the primary room, with access to the balcony. Overall, a fun stay!

Couple Stay with Children Visit

Quaint condo, well appointed with everything we needed. Area recovering from hurricane, Treasure Island is on the mend. Any hiccups with property were immediately addressed, communication was seamless. Great location, lovely beaches, fun nightlife, highly recommend.

Treasure Island, Surf Beach Resort #306

Overall, the stay was great as usual. We have stayed a few other times at this particular complex - not this unit. Thankfully it did not sustain damage to the units but you could see the fence & pool decking were damaged from the hurricanes. Some of my comments: Our A/C unit crapped out on us the first morning. The contact person info I had was notified promptly so the situation could be remedied sooner than later. Condensation was building up on the windows & it got pretty humid & uncomfortable in there. Finally as we were leaving on our last day, the HVAC contractor came to replace the A/C unit. I will be reaching out to the contact person to request a refund on our rate due to the inconvenience of the out of commission A/C. Overall, this particular unit could use some refreshing & deeper cleaning, like the carpeting in the bedrooms felt "sticky" and the corners in the bathrooms were kinda nasty looking. The tub/shower combo can be very slippery & dangerous that a person could slip & break a hip. The absence of any sort of grab bar in the shower was a little unnerving with the threat of slipping. It is overall a great complex to stay at with the proximity being right on the ocean (only 800' away) and closeness to the other walkable businesses. If we decide to return to Treasure Island in 2025, we definitely prefer to stay at this condo complex.

Another great stay!!

This is our second time staying here and we had another great stay! It has everything we need. The condo survived the hurricane nicely. This unit has an awesome view of the beach and is in close proximity to all our favorite places. We have already booked for next year. I would recommend this condo.

Surf Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and the view from the spacious corner balcony was really awesome. Loved the trail behind that lead to all of the popular restaurants and shops. No car needed.

We enjoyed staying here, even though the weather wasn't ideal. Was perfect for the 5 of us. Loved having things for the beach, the pool and grills. The sunsets from the balcony were the best too :) Would definitely stay here again.

Very good

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. There was a small issue with the key not being in the lockbox, but management quickly fixed the problem.
