Kids love the wide-open space and goat walks, while adults unwind on the screened porch. Guests also enjoy free movie access and the option for a personal history tour of the World Famous Montello Movie Theater, owned by your hosts and just 10 minutes away. *If guests are found to have had a party, it WILL result in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
*Lastly, because this is a rental not a hotel, and is also part of my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)

Our property is set on a peaceful 20-acre farm surrounded by woods, open fields, and fresh country air. The setting is quiet, private, and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to town. The neighborhood is made up of friendly rural families, small farms, and scenic back roads that are perfect for walks, biking, and sunset drives.
What we enjoy most is the sense of calm and space. Mornings are filled with birdsong and fresh air, and evenings bring beautiful sunsets and star-filled skies with very little light pollution. It is a perfect place to unplug, slow down, and enjoy nature while still being close to local lakes, trails, restaurants, and small-town charm.
