The Space:

Welcome to our 30 m² apartment, freshly renovated in November 2023, offering a modern and stylish retreat in the heart of Paris.

Ideally located near the Bonne Nouvelle metro station (lines 8 and 9), the apartment combines authentic Parisian charm with modern comforts for a truly enjoyable stay. It is situated on the 1st floor (no lift).



Overlooking the quiet Rue Beauregard, the bedroom features a comfortable 180 cm bed, ample storage space, and air conditioning. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom with a toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

The living area offers a spacious convertible sofa and a coffee table - perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. A dining table seating up to four guests allows you to enjoy meals together.



High-speed fiber optic internet is available throughout the apartment.

Please note that pets are not permitted.



Guest Access:

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.



All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!



The Neighborhood:

Le Grand Rex is located at a stone throw.



The Grevin Museum is just 10 minutes away by foot from the apartment.



The Montorgueil area is 5 minutes by foot from the apartment.



The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 14 minutes walking distance.



The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day.



Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just 13 minutes away by foot.



This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco.



For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 18-minute walk from the apartment.



Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...



We also advise you to visit the external tourist places of Paris such as the Château de Versailles and Disneyland.



Getting Around:

This apartment is close to metro stops:



- Bonne Nouvelle ( metro line 8 and 9 )



- Strasbourg Saint-Denis ( metro line 4, 8 and 9 )



- Sentier ( metro line 3 )



You can also enjoy the view by taking those buses number 20, 32, 38, 39, N13, N14.



You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, G7, taxis, etc).



You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located two minutes away by foot from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in may be possible upon request, subject to availability and for an additional fee.



For special events such as collabs/video shooting, an autorisation will be needed from us and a card imprint security deposit of 800€ will be asked before arrival.



In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅



Interaction with Guests:

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival of will organise a very easy self check-in for you.



During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.



After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.



In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
