This beautifully decorated apartment, where every detail has been tastefully considered, invites you to enjoy a refined alpine experience:
- Large, modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen opens harmoniously onto the dining room and living room
- Dining area, bathed in natural light, comfortably seats up to 7 guests
- Living room, equipped with an internet-connected TV, invites you to relax and opens onto the balcony
On the sleeping side, comfort is absolute:
- Master bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet
- Double bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200) and en-suite bathroom with spa bath and washbasin
- A third bedroom, ideal for children or friends, offers a bunk bed (160 x 200 for the bottom bunk, 130 x 190 for the top bunk), which can accommodate up to 3 people, with its own private bathroom (shower and washbasin).
- A guest toilet completes the interior space for added comfort.
- To make your stay even more enjoyable, you will also have access to a ski locker and an outdoor parking space.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Just a 5-minute walk from the legendary Grands Montets ski area, the largest and highest in the Chamonix valley, the flat is ideally located for mountain lovers.
You can easily reach the centre of Argentière, with its sports equipment hire shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars, all within a few minutes' walk.
In low season, the village offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, while allowing you to enjoy the dynamism of Chamonix, accessible in 10 minutes by car or public transport.
When it comes to gastronomy, there are some excellent restaurants nearby: L'Alpain, Mont Choux, La Petite Verte, not to mention the legendary Crèmerie du Glacier, ideally located at the foot of the slopes.
We will be delighted to share other great places to eat with you during your stay.
An outdoor parking space is available. The "Argentière-Ecoles" bus stop is 150 metres from the property, allowing you to explore the rest of the valley by public transport thanks to the guest cards available offering preferential rates. Very close to the Grands Montets ski lift and the centre of Argentière (500/600 metres). Chamonix is only 15 minutes away by car.
