About this space
Private 3-bedroom home located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to downtown Royal Oak, the Detroit Zoo, AMC Movie Theater, Oakland Mall, family park, amazing restaurants and local grocery stores-with access to all major freeways. This charming home has a deck, comes with parking, cookware, cooking utensils, keurig, towels, linens, pillows, 3 smart TV's, games, appliances also include washer and dryer. Finished basement with a movie theater. Large private fenced backyard with a playground.
The space
Guests have access to the whole house. Enjoy a fully furnished, bright lit home, with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a master bedroom upstairs. Finished basement includes a 65in smart TV with movie theater lighting, perfect for a movie family bonding. We also have board games, foosball table, and a gaming nook for you to enjoy! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. You'll find everything you need to cook or serve a meal. The kitchen is stocked with items essential for cooking.

We welcome every type of person and every type of family to our beautiful Royal Oak home. We love the diversity of Royal Oak and the Airbnb community. The bungalow-style home has a decor of elegance. We are stocked with everything you need for a short-or-long term stay. Close to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and downtown Detroit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check in and out process was very easy and Toree and Lenelle were very responsive.

Great Stay & Great Host!

Had a great stay at this property and would definitely come back again! Host was super responsive and accomodating, and the house was spacious and super clean, with smart TVs and comfy seating. The basement is great for groups as well! The group's only complaint was the quality of the tissue in the bathroom. It was super cheap which didn't match the quality and care taken to make guests feel comfortable in the rest of the home. Other than that, highly recommend!
