The ground floor, accessible via two steps from the outside, comprises a living room with a dining area, a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, a TV, and a working fireplace. One step leads to the kitchen (four-burner gas hob, gas oven, dishwasher, etc.), then to a shower room with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. On the other side of the house, after three steps, are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm). Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). Outside, there is a utility room with a washing machine, freezer, and clothesline. The cottage has an open courtyard and a covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas griddle. The grounds are not fenced.

The cottage is located in the Nauze Valley (named after a small, fish-filled stream), surrounded by hiking trails through ancient forests. It's ideally situated for exploring the medieval castles of the Périgord region, such as Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes, and Biron, and is also just 10 km from the Dordogne River, where canoeing and traditional flat-bottomed boat trips are available. You can also enjoy swimming at the beaches along the river. For a more cultural experience, you'll find the Cadouin cloister as well as many typical villages such as Sarlat, Monpazier, etc., and also the most famous sites: the Lascaux caves and Les Eyzies.
