will also enjoy an ideal location for more distant walks, between beaches (La Rochelle at 46 km, La Tranche sur Mer at 63 km) and Puy du Fou (68 km).
This accommodation consists, on the first floor (access by 4 steps), of a living room with ethanol fireplace, a living room/kitchen, a laundry room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a master suite (1 bed 180) with dressing room and private bathroom/WC (shower and
bath), 2 other bedrooms each equipped with a 160 bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Outside, a landscaped plot of about 400m2 awaits you for moments of relaxation around the 6-seater spa (under cover) and the heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m). You will also enjoy two garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs, a ping-pong table, and a room with a summer kitchen area and several sofas. The house is located on the edge of the D20 and the D204.
