Cute condo

We thoroughly enjoyed this cute little condo. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for my daughter and I. Sitting on the balcony, we enjoyed the nice view of the ocean

Great location

We loved our stay here. No issues and great location. My only issue was the strong detergent fragrance on the sheets. We just washed them several times and they were fine.

Perfect family place

Maggie was a wonderful host and very helpful! She even checked in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. The only complaint was that the one bedroom doesn’t have an overhead ceiling fan and that room got very hot at night. Other than that the place was very well kept and clean while providing everything you needed! The view from the balcony is stunning! Our family spent time playing games at night & enjoyed the pools as well! Our first trip to Myrtle beach was a complete success!

Fabulous

Small but perfectly formed condo. Great for our family of 4. Excellent view and lovely decor, was just like the pictures. Our girls loved the variety of pools to play in, lazy river was their favorite but be warned the floor of the lazy river is rough, my eldest got 2 grazes on her back and my husband a graze on his foot. Location was perfect, short drive to everything, could even walk to groceries and restaurant/bar etc. Condo is really well equipped too, Just watch out for the red pipes on the ceiling on the parking garage, we did not realize our trunk touched the pipes when opened so now have scratches on the paint work😬 Loved our stay!! Great condo and host, highly recommend. ❤️

Myrtle Beach vacation

Enjoyed being close to the beach and all of the areas of Myrtle Beach, but being located in a quiet neighborhood. The accomodations were perfect. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cooking tools needed to be able to cook the meals that I desired. My family totally enjoyed our stay here! Will definitely look to see if this is available if I am ever back in the area. We appreciated the effort you put forth to provide beautiful, comfortable accommodations.

Myrtle Beach Stay for Dance Comp

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful condo with our two daughters. We were in Myrtle Beach for a Nationals dance competition. The condo was perfect for us! Very clean, quiet building, safe location, beach views from the patio, super short walk to the beach, amenities galore! Maggie was an incredible host, great communication and clear and easy check in/check out instructions. Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

Wonderful location! Very close to the beach and has a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo looked exactly the same as the photos and was very clean. The host was quick to respond to questions and very cordial. I would most definitely stay here again, our family loved it!

Great Stay

Very clean and updated unit. We especially liked the ease of getting around the property and to our personal vehicle which can be challenging at other listings. The resort staff were very friendly should you see them in the hallway or on the elevator. Owner kept in touch with me during our stay and should we return to Myrtle Beach we will stay at this property again. A++++

Beautiful sun rise and sunsets!

From our initial contact to end of our stay, Maggie has been a awesome host to my family of 4! We were well received, by everything she had to offer: an array of kitchen amenities, a starter package of toiletries and essentials, a bonanza of beach gear ((chairs, cooler, goggles, cart, etc) to enhance or beach experience! A frig-of-freebies (but, be kind to leave something behind!) was thoughtful! The rooms were very nicely decorated and I loved the sturdy and firm bed, plenty of closet space and nice size bathrooms with plenty of towels & f-cloths and a jetted tub for relaxing 😎. But nothing beats our excitement as we came in to the unit, walking towards the family room and having those awesome ocean views take our breath away!! Just beautiful!!! Overall, this Oceanview condo w/balcony is well appointed and has fully accommodated my family's needs, thank you Maggie, we had a wonderful time! We also thank your husband for his Military Service!!

Beautiful Place

This place was a perfect little getaway. Location was great and a decent view of the beach. The place was clean, simple and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again. Maggie was such a great host as well and checked in and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

Sublime getaway condo

Where do we begin? This place made our vacation such a wonderful stay. From the clean rooms, to the attention and responses from the owner, to the location, the views from the resort itself: all these things made it worth while. The only issue we ran into was the original beach access at the end of the street was closed off due to boardwalk construction at the resort directly on the beach behind our resort. HOWEVER, a half block over and less than a minute walk and we were on a small public access walkway to the beach that gave us so much beach space to ourselves as opposed to the other entrance where three resorts shared a beach front and people were so close together all week. An easy win! This place has all you need for a family of five to thrive for a full week and some. The lazy river and two pools were where we spent much of our afternoons before dinner just relaxing and even in the evenings after dinner. The location was perfect since we were only 10 minutes from the attractions at South Myrtle and only 10 minutes from the attractions of North Myrtle. Barefoot Escape was a great place for our family to spend a week long getaway! We highly recommend it and look forward to coming here again in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

My family had such a great week staying at Maggie's Condo! We made it to the beach daily, the wagon provided in the 2nd bedroom was incredibly helpful! The outdoor pool/lazy river area was always very peaceful, never overwhelming with a lot of people. The location of her condo is a perfect spot for families and couples, looking for a peaceful atmosphere. The condo is within driving distance to all restaurants, beach shops, and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, no hassle place to stay in Myrtle Beach! ⛱️✔️☀️

Fun Trip

Great location, nice pool and lazy river, decor is nice. Host is amazing and awesome with getting back to you right away! The fire alarm right by the oven is not the greatest as it went off every time, we opened the oven until the host gave us the tips and tricks they use. It's not their fault as they are hardwired in, I am sure, due to the condo buildings policies. It gave us an adventure and story/memories, lol! :) Would stay here again.

Girls Trip

This property was in a great location. I sometimes asked myself where was everyone. It was much quieter than where the main high rises are and the beaches didn’t feel over crowded. It was an easy walk to the beach. The unit had a wagon in it but we happened to bring our own. We also brought our own chairs but those were in the unit as well. The bathroom that was separate was a little small. I gave up on straightening my hair due to the humidity but also since the bathroom didn’t feel like it cooled down. The washer and dryer was convenient but smaller. We only had one issue with the thermostat but the owner got right on it and the maintenance guys came right out to replace it. The kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to make meals. I really liked that you could leave food behind for the next person. The unit offered a beautiful view of the sunrise. People were on the beach later into the evening and it felt safe. We were never really more than 20 minutes from anything. The beaches were beautiful, clean and clear. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

The condo was lovely, amazing beach access with beach chairs and beach gear. Very close to amazing restaurants and the Sheraton Convention Center. My family enjoyed themselves and we will be returning visitors to this condo. The owner was very nice, as well.

nice unit and super-responsive owner

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Our initial impression was that the layout was pretty small for a 2-bedroom 2-bath unit. One bathroom is average-sized while the other bathroom is very small bordering on what some might consider to be "half-bath" size. Despite the small layout, here are reasons why we loved our time here and why we would definitely return: * Check-in could not be easier * The lighting is perfect * The entry-door combo lock is the best I have ever used * The AC is cold even on the warmest day * The balcony is spacious with a great view * A collapsible wagon was available and was convenient for carrying items to and from the beach * The washer-dryer and dishwasher work great * The beds and couch are all comfortable * More than enough towels and blankets are provided * The balcony had a unique 2-chair-and-table combo that was very comfortable * The owners do not require renters to empty the fridge upon checkout. You can leave unused items for the next renters or use items left behind by others. This is a great policy to help others and avoid waste Finally, Maggie was EXTREMELY responsive. We had no issues at all with the unit, but had peace of mind knowing that we could reach out to her at any time with any questions or concerns. Of the many pros for this unit, this was the most important to me. It was obvious to me that the owners go the extra mile to make their guests welcome and it shows. We loved the unit and will be back...Thank you!

Good for Families with Younger Kids

The condo is very cozy and clean. The owner has decorated it nicely and stocked it with all the necessities. However, cooking in the unit was a small disaster as the smoke detector is direct across from the stove and goes off every single time you cook. The only time it did not go off was when we were literally fanning it...which poses issues when you want to make breakfast while others are sleeping. The property itself was ok. The pool only had about 3 sad lounge chairs around it, as well as the lazy river. The roof deck is cozy and nice to go up and have a coffee or cocktail during the day. The location is great and the beach was beautiful. I recommend families with younger children. Maggie was very responsive when we had to reach out due to issues out of her control. To sum it up, the unit was clean and comfortable, but the property itself did not live up to our expectations. Regardless the beach is super close and is never disappointing.

Living outside of Chicago and having 6 kids prompted us to look for a warm weather get away! We found this gem in 2022 and made it our escape!! We immediately fell in love with Myrtle Beach, the people and it's "slow down and enjoy" southern lifestyle. For now this is our home away from home but soon we hope to make it permanent.
