Beautiful Peaceful 3 Bedroom Home in Plainfield

Brand new 4 bedroom home in Plainfield in a great, quiet subdivision. Spacious common areas to include the kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are all upstairs and have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 queen size mattresses that can be placed anywhere within the house. 1 bedroom has been transformed to an office with an extended library of books. Easy access to several shopping areas and easy access to the I-55 highway. The community is very family friendly and most often very quiet.

Enjoyed My Stay

Came to town for 4th of July week to visit family. Rental was close to family. The rental was clean and had all the amenities. Only recommendation would be for ceiling fans in each room.

Great place!

The home is in a very nice neighborhood, the home is new and spacious. It was perfect for us and our 2 teenage boys. We would definitely stay in the home again!

Long term rental

We rented this house for almost 5 weeks as we prepared for an out of state move. Cameron (the owner) was fabulous to work with. He was very accommodating, kind and very responsive. We had a small internet outage and Cameron communicated immediately with us and fixed the problem quickly. The house is a newer build so it is up to date and clean. We had plenty of space to use and never felt cramped. The beds were very comfortable. The house was stocked with all the essentials from linens, towels, cleaning supplies to all kitchen needs. The immediate neighborhood was ok but immediate neighbors were very friendly and kind. The street the house is on can be busy so be mindful if you have little ones. The surrounding community has everything you need for shopping with many choices for restaurants as well. The expressway is close for easy access to the city and/or neighboring towns. Overall, great experience. I’d recommend renting from Cameron in the future.
