• The home is 20 minutes from downtown Naperville, which is like a mini Chicago in terms of restaurants and shopping. 13 minutes to the Aurora casino and downtown Aurora. Less than 10 minutes shopping/restaurants on Route 59, including the Hollywood Palms dinner and movie theater

NOTE: All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs. The main floor has a half bath and sofa bed in the family room. there is a basement with no bath room or sleeping spaces.

THIS IS A NO SMOKING HOME.

• Roman soaking tub in primary bathroom which is an ensuite bathroom, video game console consisting of 800 video games, air hockey table, 20 + board games, playing cards, hardwood floors. Free WiFi with streaming access and TV in every bedroom, also in the family room, Living room and basement rec room. Separate office workspace.
There is sofa bed in the family room couch for extra sleeping space.

Very nice place to stay. Lots of activities set up in the home. Although, we didn't have time to use them. I do appreciate the extra thought for guests. Owner was very quick to respond for any of my questions.

Clean and comfortable house, so thankful to have a pet friendly space. Perfect location for our needs. The outside needed a little TLC; mowing, sticks and debris on the patio. But it was still a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even arranging an early check-in so I could take an important work call. The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for three of us to work remotely without feeling crowded. We especially appreciated the lovely, walkable neighborhood, which was perfect for taking our dogs out. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and we would happily stay here again!

This is our 2nd time booking this house and we absolutely love it. It has plenty of room throughout the house with a very large basement. The backyard is very relaxing.

This home was very comfortable. It was so great to be able to bring our dog with us. While the rest of our family was staying at a local hotel for a family wedding my husband and our daughter grandson and son in law were very comfortable at the rental. It was 15 min from the venue and we enjoyed the shade on the patio and morning walks in the very nice neighborhood with our dog. My grandson loved the games and the bunk bed. I would highly recommend this house. Dori was very kind and always very responsive.

Stayed here with my family over the weekend and honestly couldnt have been happier. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very friendly. The home itself is very welcoming, we had 8 of us all together and it slept us all comfortably. If your like me and are wanting to check out the city while still maintaining the hometown feel at night, this is your place. It is a short distance to the train station, so we just took the train into the city and walked from there. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested in going to the area, defineatly the best bang for your buck!

We have stayed in many VRBOs but this one was far from good. The Owner needs to stay there a couple of nights to understand. The family room furniture was impressive but the rest of the house was disappointing. It's in a nice location but their neighbors would be sad living next door. It is a reasonable daily price but not for what you get. It needs a new washing machine badly. The basement stink is bad. I feel bad writing this because I normally write positive reviews but...

Hello Wayne. I am in the house all the time. I have replaced several pieces of furniture within the last year. There is no smell in basement and i have not had complaints about it except for you. You the first person to say the washing machine needs replacement. I have had long-term tenants who never had a problem. I wish you would have said something to me. You never reached out once.

Property host was very communicative and helpful. The house was not super clean, crumbs on floor and cabinets a little grimy. Kitchen was somewhat lacking in pans, had to purchase a frying pan to make eggs. Biggest issue was nowhere in description does it detail the house is a two story with steep stairs. This was an issue and the host should have that listed very prominently on the description. Overall was a good value in a nice neighborhood.
