Thank you for your comments. We are delighted to hear that you found the location excellent. We sincerely appreciate this feedback and will use it to make the necessary adjustments and improvements for future stays. Thank you for helping us improve.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear that you found our studio well-appointed, comfortable, and ideally located. We have taken note of your suggestions regarding the freezer compartment and the air conditioning; we will carefully consider them for future improvements. We apologize for the confusion regarding the check-in process and understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a delayed flight. However, this information is provided prior to booking, reiterated in the confirmation message, and mentioned again when you receive the self check-in instructions via WhatsApp. It is difficult for us to do more than that... We are glad to know that you found the apartment clean and enjoyed your stay. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. Thank you again.
