Our condo is the perfect Sarasota getaway.
This quiet complex has a nice common area and outdoor heated pool just steps away from your back patio. The Gulf Gate Public Library is a two min walk from the unit. Gulf Gate Village has boutique store and restaurants with international flair. Property is 3 miles from Crescent Beach and Stickney Point. Enjoy the best that Sarasota has to offer!

Great location

This condo has everything you could want for an extended stay. It is neat, clean and well stocked with,towels, bedding, and all the kitchen supplies you need. The pool and property are great.

Simple and Nice!

Well stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses etc and the condo is well situated for restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay.

Worked Remotely for a month

Very nice place in a great location . Pool is heated and very nice. Lots of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils. Nice and close to restaurants, Siesta Key beaches and the Legacy Tail for biking and running/walking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great value in good location

The property was spacious and as described. A wide range of small appliances, a washer/dryer in the unit, and two bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. It was easy to get to parks, beaches, restaurants, and shops. The complex pool was nice and we met a number of others who were friendly. Owner was very responsive and helpful with questions when we first arrived.

Great stay. Already booked for next year!!

Great Condo in a great location. Susanna is a great host, very responsive and helpful. This condo is very comfortable, nicely furnished, and a well stocked kitchen. The kitchen is loaded with dinner and glassware along with quality cookware and utensils. Everything you need if you like to cook. The pool is outstanding, the residents and other renters were extremely welcoming and friendly. Already looking forward to returning next year.

I have traveled extensively and owned other vacation rentals so I understand your expectations.

This condo has been freshly painted and the mattresses are brand new! You will find everything your need in the kitchen to prepare your meals to enjoy al fresco dining in the lanai.
The property is located in a great area, right across from the public library, and with everything you may need within a 5 min drive. Public transportation is also easily reachable. Great community to go for beautiful morning or evening walks. Groceries, stores, restaurants, and more are close by.
