It was a cute, great location. Close to beaches, a short drive. Shopping is less than 5 minutes. The host was very accommodating and had open communications with me prior to me arriving. I would stay there again for sure.

We really enjoyed our 28 day stay in this cute ( vintage appointments ) apartment! It's in a quiet neighborhood about 2 blocks from US 41. We enjoyed 2 great restaurants there, the upscale Sardinia and Simon's Coffee shop with plenty of other options within a mile close to the gorgeous Siesta Key Beach. Our host, Clay,made it clear he was available for questions or assistance. We needed a minor repair and an extra blanket which he responded with the day of the request. The mattress was just right and the couch was also comfortable and long enough for a nap if you're under 6 feet. The apartment has a spacious feel for a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a door from the hall and another door into the living room so it's easy to move about the space. All the appliances worked well.We did rent a car from Practical Car Rental. I did experiment with the Breeze bus stop nearby on US 41 and liked it as an option for exploring neighborhoods and other Keys.

This charming duplex was exactly what I was looking for! Everything was so clean and so much natural sunlight coming through the big windows. I was on my own for the week and felt completely safe and comfortable. Clay, the owner, literally has everything you need and more to make your stay easy. He provides everything needed for a perfect vacation. Located near the beautiful beaches and great restaurants, I highly recommend the Merci Cafe, which is a 2 minute drive away. The croissants were heavenly. I’ll definitely return!

Amazing!

Clay was an amazing host. right next to crescent Beach. It only took maybe 5 minutes to public parking. The house is very nice, and perfect for a couples getaway. Very nice neighborhood as well. It is also just minutes from siesta key, and endless places to eat. We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

Lovely house in a great location

The house and area are great. Just a short cycle to the beaches, stores, restaurants and bars close by too. Clay, the host, is very helpful and understanding, he lives close by and definitely goes beyond expectations. Would definitely stay again!

Beach trip 2025

We had a wonder beach week. We have visited Sarasota many times and enjoy Siesta Keys beach & Lido Beach. The apartment had everything we needed, we appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella. The location is so convenient to several stores, shopping & dinning. The host , Clay , was very efficient and check in and check out was simple. We will definitely be back if we travel without kids again. Thank you

Comfortable, quaint, and centrally located

Exactly as advertised. Five minutes to Siesta Key beach, fifteen minutes to downtown Sarasota, twenty minutes to SRQ. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella included. Perfect for a two-person week-long getaway. Check-in and check-out were simple. Zero complaints!

Great place!

Clay was super friendly and the place was in a great location. There were beach accessories, toiletries and even some goodies in the fridge! Clay went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Our stay was phenomenal! Clay was the perfect host. He even left food in the refrigerator for us. The house was impeccable and it had everything we needed. We plan to try to stay there again the next time we visit the area.

Very Comfortable with a Great Host

Perfect for a Sarasota getaway. Clay is the best -- Very attentive and responsive, personable host. The duplex apartment is located in a completely safe and very quiet neighborhood -- just what we were looking for. The bed is terrific and the bath and kitchen clean as a whistle. Close to Siesta Key which we loved! A marvelous place to stay.

Amazing stay!

House was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Wonderful neighborhood that we felt super safe in. The icing on the cake was the food in the fridge that we were able to enjoy after a day of driving and dr appts. He was also very accommodating in allowing us to extend our stay for short notice dr appts as well. Highly recommend!!
