Summary:
Seaport is situated on a quiet ocean block street, only a few short steps to the beach. The location allows you to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops on a moment’s notice. You’ll be one mile north of the Ocean City Expressway and three miles north of the renowned Boardwalk, a bustling locale of shops, arcades, street food and restaurants.
Seaport has a private parking lot located behind the building with assigned parking for each unit. There is also an abundance of free street parking.
The Space:
Each Seaport unit is comfortable and inviting decorated in light neutral beach tones creating a cozy space for friends and family. There are 6 units total at Seaport. Each has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a stand up shower. The second bathroom has a shower with bathtub and is located in the main hall along with the additional bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances and brand new gas stoves. All units are stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards etc. There is a microwave, toaster oven and traditional drip coffee maker. Plenty of space to prepare and enjoy meals together at the breakfast bar, dining table or outside on the front porch that is furnished with a large picnic table.
The unit is stocked with dish soap, hand soap and enough paper products to get you started. Depending on your length of stay you will need to supply additional paper products.
All bedding and bath towels are included. Don’t forget to bring beach chairs and an umbrella!
Units are each equipped with free wifi to stream all your favorite tv in the evenings or on the occasional rainy day at the beach. There is a tv in each room.

Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with keyless entry. A pin will be sent before your stay. This allows you to go straight to your rental without having to stop at another location to pick up keys.
The Neighborhood:
Seaport is located on the most narrow point of the barrier island. This location provides views of both the bay and ocean!

Getting Around:
Ocean City is easily drivable. Depending on your destination it is also easy to get around on foot. There is also a beach bus that runs from 6am-1am with stops approximately every 15 minutes. It is $3 for a Ride-All-Day pass. Please go to oceancitymd.gov for more details.
