Set on a large enclosed plot, generously planted with pine trees offering welcome natural shade in summer, the house enjoys a lively yet unspoilt setting, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean and the Libron. An ideal place for holidays with family, friends or pets.

This detached, single-storey, fully air-conditioned house is designed for a comfortable and carefree stay.

It comprises:
- 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with shower, washing machine and WC,
- a functional kitchen with dishwasher, allowing you to prepare your meals just like at home.

Outside:
The main attraction of the house is its large, shaded, enclosed garden, which is rare in such close proximity to the beach.

Pets are welcome, and the enclosed grounds guarantee comfort and tranquillity.
You can park directly on the property.

👉 Pets are allowed in this accommodation, subject to a supplement of €40 per stay and per animal.

👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service will provide you with a welcome kit, including tea towels and microfibre cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, bin bags and a bath mat, so that you can settle in comfortably as soon as you arrive.

👉 The RIBOLEYS team will meet you at the accommodation to hand over the keys and will remain available and contactable throughout your stay.

👉 A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be hired as an option, ideal for travelling light with a young child.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bicycles and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or the Mediterranean coastline.
The various beaches of Vias are easily accessible via cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from the on-site car parks. Many water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and sea kayaking. The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in an area with a mix of year-round homes and holiday residences, with a campsite and a water sports centre nearby, offering a lively and friendly atmosphere during the season.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport allows you to fly to Vias. This airport is located 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and towel kits can be booked for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT.
Cleaning is compulsory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is made on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Parties are not permitted.
Pets are welcome in this accommodation, with a supplement of £35 per stay.
