Steps away from JOHNS PASS, literally! This quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village in a huge attraction for locals and tourists. Enjoy a plethora of restaurants, dolphin watching, shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing and unique retailers. You will have the entire back patio overlooking the waterway and dock.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. Small gatherings of 6 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment will easily accommodate up to 6 people. Sit and read a book with a water view. This apartment is located in a building with a total of 4 apartments that is just steps away from Johns Pass Village. It is located on the ground level with a private patio and water access. This apartment also provides 2 assigned parking spaces.

Such a great location to walk to everything-shops, restaurants, beach. It was also so fun to have the water right out the back door. We had dolphins right off the back patio!! Our host was easy to communicate with and everything was clean.

This apartment was so warm and welcoming right from the moment we walked into it. So nicely decorated and beachy to really make us feel truly on vacation. Everything was thought of to make our stay so awesome from the shampoo/conditioner, body wash, make up remover, q tips, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cart to pull everything to whatever beach you choose to go relax at. The sweetest thing was the lavender body scrub as a gift-so very thoughtful. Our hos was super easy to contact, communicate with and checked on us to make sure everything for our stay was in order and if we had any questions. One of our most memorable vacations and I definitely recommend this host and the accommodations. Planning to possibly book again for later this year and early next year!

Getaway Trip

This was our first time in this area. We didn't know what to expect but we liked our location. It wasn't a bad walk to the beach or boardwalk/pier area. The place was clean, patio view was great and communication with owners was good. Everything was as described.

Great location in Madeira Beach

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great property right on the inlet. Literally right behind John’s Pass! Very clean, nicely furnished, and great amenities. Enjoyed sitting on the patio right next to the water. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will stay here again!
