We've been proud Premium Hosts since 2017 and have hundreds of great reviews from our wonderful guests. Our family owns and operates 5 beautiful rentals and we would love to host your group too!

This property is our 3rd short-term rental and it is the perfect vacation home for your family or friends. The house has been set up based on our years of Premium Host experience with guests and we keep adding more amenities each year. We are located in the Stratmoor Hills area of SW Colorado Springs where you have amazing views of the Cheyenne Mountains and will be close to our city's major attractions.

This beautiful home is over 3000 sq ft offering all the space, comfort and essentials you need for a perfect family vacation or a getaway: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, A/C, an open kitchen with a huge dining room, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every bedroom, laundry room, breathtaking mountain views from the newly built observation deck, a grassy fenced-in yard, an amazing back patio with outdoor seating, a relaxing hot tub, a gas firepit, and a BBQ grill!

The main level features a nice living room with a 65" ROKU 4k TV, a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room. There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor: the master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with a shower and the laundry room, while the other two bedrooms both have queen beds and access to the full bathroom with a separate shower and a tub.

The lower level offers 2 more bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds), a full bathroom with a shower, a large family room with a 75" ROKU 4k TV, pull out sofa, recliner chairs, a game table for the kids, extra seating area and even a home gym!

The house is within walking distance to the beautiful Stratmoor Hills Park and only a short drive away from all the outdoor fun Colorado Springs has to offer. We are close to the most popular attractions in southern Colorado Springs such as the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, the Broadmoor Hotel, and the World Arena. This house also gives you easy access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer via I-25 (Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Olympic Training Center, Historic Downtown etc. are all within a 20 min drive).

We highly respect our guests' privacy but since we live only a few minutes away from this property, if it is needed, we are personally available to assist you to solve any issues 24/7 during your stay.

The entire house is for our guests to use including all the living areas, the attached garage, and the home gym on the lower level. You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the newly built observation deck, from the patio in the back yard or from the stamped concrete front porch!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great experience staying at this property! The house was clean, had all the essentials we needed and then some. We were in town for a week with another family. The house had plenty of space for all of us. We were able to use the grill and cooking utensils to make meals which saved money on eating out. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio at night and even used the hot tub once. Everything was in good, working order. The home is located in a clean, quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive, checked in and made herself available if we needed anything. We would recommend this property and would stay here again if we are in the area. Perfect centralized location for many activities in the area. Home was immaculate and had everything we needed! Communication with property manager was quick, complete, and easy. They definitely aim to please. The only suggestion I have would be to replace the hot tub with a larger one. The home is huge and can accommodate several people. Our party of ten (five adults and five kids) had to take turns in the hot tub. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay here! Safety and cleanliness are my top two concerns when booking a VRBO, and this home definitely met my expectations.The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to be able to cook a huge meal for my soldier son and his buddies (within house rule guidelines!) without any issues. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. We also appreciated having access to the garage and nice outdoor spaces to eat and relax. The location is very convenient. A good Walmart is just five minutes away, and Fort Carson is less than ten minutes.Check-in was very easy, and the host was considerate, with great communication before and throughout our stay.We would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to others.

This home was in a great location! Very spacious and worked great for the six of us…ages ranging from 13 to 53. The hot tub was a great bonus - even in the snow! The host was great at communication and check in and check out was very smooth with easy access. Although it wasn’t used by us, the exercise room was an extra perk! This home was very comfortable and had everything we needed and was well stocked!

Everything was great. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space. Our 5 and 6 year old boys had plenty to do. It was nice that there were games, dishes, etc. for the kids to use. Hosts were great and checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was okay. It was snowing when we got there and the host was finishing up shoveling when we arrived to make sure it was clear. Stores and restaurants were within a 10 minute drive. It was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a great stay and a great trip!

Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children) decided to finally visit our neighboring state of Colorado, and was not disappointed. Colorado is a beautiful state, and this property was very central to most of the activities we wanted to do. Garden of the Gods, Cliff Dwellings, Seven Falls, and The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, which was a very pleasant surprise, are all just a short drive away. We planned on rafting the river, but drought conditions and thunderstorms prevented that. :( The host provided a lot of pamphlets and magazines for surrounding area attractions, in case you don't already have an itinerary. The house was very well stocked, and clean. It is an older home, so there were some quirky things about it. If you are looking for modern and updated, this may not be your cup of tea, as showers were small, and back yard is not the most ideal. Our 11 yo grandson appreciated the hot tub and the lizard chasing! The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The kitchen/dining area are good sized, and accomidate a large group easily, and we had everything we needed to cook big meals. The host supplied a good amount of paper and laundry products. : Bedrooms are large, and beds adequate. The weight room is a nice addition. Grocery and dining options are close by. The host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. Check in and out was very efficient, and the requirements for exiting the property were minimal. Overall, a very pleasant trip for our family!

We absolutely loved both the house and the location. It’s situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and everything was exactly as described. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the home. There were plenty of towels (which is often not the case in vacation rentals), along with hair dryers, a flat iron, curling iron, and fans in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other extras, which made it feel even more like home. The house was very clean and was even ready early for our arrival, which we greatly appreciated. The backyard was a perfect place to relax, and the small deck at the top of the hill offered amazing views. We even had some friendly mule deer visit and hang out with us one evening, which made the experience even more special.Overall, this home truly felt like it was hosted by someone who goes above and beyond. I can’t recommend it enough!

First of all, our host Kristina was so welcoming and helpful during our entire stay. Her Dad was also friendly and helpful. The amenities in the house were in good shape. There were tv's in every room, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. The oudoor area was great, spacious, welcoming and perfect for a family with kids. The view was breathtaking and perfect to take pictires with the kids.

We loved this home. It is beautiful with lots of room. It was very clean. Kristina is awesome to work with. Her dad was awesome also. We had a flat tire and he helped us get it fixed very quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful home.

The house was great, fit all our needs and even had dish-ware/other things we didn’t even think we needed till we did. Host was super communicative and helpful. Loved our stay!

I was raised in Hungary and have lived in Colorado Springs since 2004. My family has been hosting VRBO rentals since 2017 and have been Premier Hosts for many years. We love our family business, and are grateful to offer 5 beautiful rentals with hundreds of great reviews.

My husband and I have worked in hospitality providing five-star customer service throughout our entire careers at the Broadmoor Hotel and some other fine resorts in town. We have over 40 years combined experience taking care of guests! Our ultimate goal is to provide a wonderful stay to you with the highest level of service at our beautiful properties, so you can make memories, relax, enjoy all the amenities at our house and all the local attractions Colorado Springs has to offer.

This beautiful home is over 3000 sq ft offering all the space, comfort and essentials you need for a perfect family vacation or a getaway: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen with a huge dining room, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every bedroom, laundry room, breathtaking mountain views from the newly built observation deck, a grassy fenced-in yard, an amazing back patio with seating for 12, a relaxing hot tub, a gas firepit, and a BBQ grill!

We are local hosts and are available 24/7 for our guests. We live near the property and usually can offer immediate problem-solving for any issues at the house during your stay.

This property is our 3rd family-owned and operated VRBO rental and it is the perfect home away from home for your family or friends. All of our houses are set up with many extra amenities based on our years of Premium Host experience with our guests. They are all located close to each other in the Stratmoor Hills area with views of the Cheyenne Mountains and close to most of the major attractions in Colorado Springs. We pride ourselves in providing a 5-star experience at our rental properties and hope to earn the opportunity to host your group too!
