'Waters Edge' GENTILE SLOPE to your private dock w/ golf, winery, community pool

Located on the Norris Lake shoreline in Deerfield Estates. Easy, gentle slope for walking to your private dock or bring or rent a golf cart to ride from driveway to dock.
Deerfield Resort offers a FREE community swimming pool (approx 3/4 mile away), a challenging 18 hole "The Greens" (approx 3 miles away), a small airstrip (approx 3.5 miles away) and a winery (approx 3 miles). Please note that some of these amenities may have fees such as aircraft landing fees and golf green fees.

Enter the home's main level to see the large living room with fantastic views of the lake. A modern kitchen and dining room overlooks the living area. The kitchen area has a half bathroom and laundry room. A huge deck with a propane (free) grill and plenty of seating overlooks the lake.

The main level also provides a king suite with private bathroom featuring a large tub and walk in shower.

The lower level provides a second living room featuring a billiard table and card table and bedroom #2 (king suite with private bathroom). A short hallway leads to bedroom #3 (king), bedroom 4 (twin/twin bunk, twin/twin bunk, and another twin/twin bunk), and a common full bathroom.
Outside is a huge, covered lanai deck with large table, comfortable seating, and a swing making the perfect reading room.

Take the gentle slope to your private dock with 1 covered boat slip, 2 jet ski docks, large swim platform ladder, and room for 1 uncovered boat. The boat and boat lift are not for your use. If you prefer to rent your watercraft, contact NorrisLakeWaterSports and ask for the NorrisLakeVillas 10% discount and delivery options. Also contact OasisWaterSports, nearby Springs Dock, Shanghai Marina, and Sugar Hollow Marina.

Perfect lake retreat

We loved this house. The layout, location, view, yard, decks, screen porch, dock and even the roads to get to it were all great. Every room had beautiful views, there was a lot of space, tons of seating. It felt well cared for and well thought out. Even had everything we needed in the kitchen. No problems at all, had an amazing stay. Enjoyed the trees and wildlife. We rented a boat and brought our jet skis and floating swim platform and enjoyed the quiet cove with main lake views, cannot imagine anything better. Loved it and the whole family agreed they would want to stay again next year for our Norris trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Our most relaxing vacation to date

Our family enjoyed this lake front property so much. We fished, swam, golfed, floated, boated and pattle boarded on Norris which is one of the cleanest lakes in Tennessee. We played tennis and our grandson enjoyed the playground on property and the community playground as well. The house is so pretty view amazing views. We had plenty of room both upstairs and down and it was equipped with everyting we needed. We saw deer, herin, geese, birds and lots of bass jumping. This was a perfect place for fun filled days and restful family game playing at night. Thanks The Raneys- Knoxville, TN

INCREDIBLE!

We loved everything about this property. Such a fun time both on the lake and at the house. The home is stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals and relax. We loved sitting on the screen porch and shooting pool in the evenings. Easy to get to both on land and water.
