This 2011 house of 120 m2 located in the town of Saint Gildas de Rhuys welcomes you to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Located in a quiet area and served by a private alley in a dead end. Its privileged location will allow you to reach the beach of Saint Jacques in ten minutes by taking a small picturesque path in the undergrowth (650 meters)

Its location is perfect for exploring the coast, hiking on the GR34 or discovering the charms of the Gulf of Morbihan.

Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 10 holidaymakers. (sleeps 10 and 1 cot) You will enjoy a rejuvenating stay between swimming, water activities, walks on the coastal paths and various and varied excursions.

Beds: bed linen not provided (single bed 90 X 190; 1 double bed 160 X 200 and 2 double beds 140 X 190). Towels not provided.

Kitchen: dishcloths, hand towels and basic necessities.

Cleaning fees at the end of your stay included in the price.

Past the front door you will discover a large living room (living room / living room / open kitchen) bathed in light opening onto the wooden terrace and the south-facing garden). The modern, fully equipped kitchen (sink with 2 sinks, 4 hobs, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook as if you were at home.
