Recently renovated mid 1800's brick townhome. Original millwork throughout.. Sleeps 6-7.. Plenty of Old-World charm. Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and Missouri River.
2nd Floor Unit, with parking in Rear and on Street. There is a private deck with gas grill. Take a stroll around town.. Walk to the Missouri River then to the brewery before dinner. There are too many things to do to list! All within walking distance... 4 blocks from Train station.

Comfortable and convenient

83 y/o mother was able to climb the stairs numerous times without any difficulty. Home is cozy and has everything you would need. Location is great with a short walk or car ride to plenty of restaurants, shopping or night life. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very clean and is an a good location. My family and I love the place is very quite and safe place to stay. Owners was very friendly and will respod quickly if you have any question. I recommend this place 100%.

SO quaint - will be back!

This is the kind of place that is so amazing and special that you kind of don’t want to shout it from the rooftops because you’re worried it’ll already be booked next time you want to book it! Ha! But I will anyway. :) Excellent location, walkable to everything, very safe area, INCREDIBLE 2nd floor outdoor deck off the kitchen with fantastic sunset view, table and chairs, and magic cafe lights! Comfy beds and pillows, fluffy bathroom towels, great shower, AMAZING HVAC system, plenty of hot water, excellent communication with the host, Kevin. We loved the large kitchen table with bench on one side, too. When you open the front door and walk up the stairs, both doors at the top open into different parts of your rented space. The door on the right is the one you should use though, because the one on the left opens directly into a bedroom and you might be a bit confused about that at first. :) We were in town for a nearby air show, so we didn’t have time to walk around town as much as I had hoped. We will definitely be back to explore this quaint town hopefully soon and would love to stay again!

So good!

Booked this to host my brother’s 21st birthday and it was amazing! it’s so spacious and a really cute place. the balcony was the best part! would definitely book again :)

Great weekend trip!

Nice property within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Host was fantastic-good communication and, upon arrival, we were surprised with flowers, wine, coffee and bottled water. Nice touches! Would stay again if we return to the area.

Best stay in Washington, MO!

Kevin was a great host! He was very accommodating to the party size we had for the group we had going to the Washington town and country fair. This place is very spacious and had all the essentials! The home felt so clean and fresh as soon as we walked in the door. It is centrally located in town so restaurants and shops were always a short walk! We will be staying here next year for the fair!
