Escape to this lovely 3 bed 3 bath home, perfect to enjoy with friends or family. Sleeps 6-7 guests, this spacious retreat is just steps from coffee, restaurants, shopping, distillery, an event venue, and the WINERY shuttle. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, cozy patio with grill, and fenced backyard for ultimate relaxation. Located near the waterfront, farmer's market, and great restaurants, there's no shortage of fun activities. Plus, unwind in the HOT TUB after a full day of exploring.

A Note on the Layout: As a beautifully remodeled home over 100 years old, the property retains its classic historic layout. For your convenience, the home features 2.5 bathrooms. Both full bathrooms are located on the main floor, while the upstairs level includes a convenient half-bath attached directly to one of the bedrooms. We love the vintage charm and excellent downtown walkability this location provides, and want to ensure the layout matches your group's needs perfectly! NOTE this property has entry stairs. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

This property was clean and well maintained. Great location, we found the cutest coffee shop across the street and the Dairy King was delicious. The hot tub was extra hot and the second bedroom upstairs had to go in the third bedroom to use the bathroom or go downstairs. That was the only quirky thing about the house. Other than that it was so great!

We had such a nice stay. VRBO was so clean and lots of little extras. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Lots of space. Enjoyed the hot tub and furniture on deck. Great location. Would definitely stay there again!

Our son got married in the area this weekend, and we stayed here. So cute and comfortable! What a great place to prepare food for the reception, and to relax after a hectic couple of days. Hosts were great.

A great little find in the middle of Washington MO. We were in town for a weeklong training and stayed with 2 of my coworkers. We had plenty of space for all 3 of us, as well as nice living room and dining area for hanging out and spending time together. The interior of the house was completely upgraded with beautiful floors throughout, great linens and towels, as well as everything else needed for a comfortable stay. Easy check in and check out, with great responses from host. Would definitely stay again.

House was clean and spacious. Great location. Only issue we had was that at the last day, the temperature outside was pretty warm so we tried to turn the air conditioning on and it didn’t work. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us, but would definitely want it checked out before staying during Spring or Summer! Hot tub was great!

We had the air conditioning checked and it is working as intended. There are 3 separate air conditioning units (1 central unit and 2 mini-splits) in the house for the guest's comfort. This issue was user error, not an issue with the air conditioning unit.
