This charming townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a beautiful lake view. The community pool is within a 5 minute walk! Come relax with the whole family at this spacious townhouse overlooking the lake and 6-seater golf cart included to explore the resort! (Additional 6-seater available for $150 Day). Property is conveniently located near the Tennis courts, Marina, boat rentals, fishing piers, The Village of Baytowne Wharf which anything from Ice cream shops to bars and restaurants. Take your golf cart to do some shopping or catch a movie on Grand BLVD or head over to the beach for some snorkeling and body surfing

The condo was very clean. Beautiful lake view from the master bedroom. Comfy beds. Nice balcony. Lots of closet & storage space. Recommend it for families & friends. One note: it’s a 2nd floor unit-no elevator. There’s a long flight of stairs up to the door & 2 flights of stairs to all the bedrooms. My husband had a knee issue treated a few days before our trip. He had difficulty navigating the stairs. John has lots of other units for rent so I’ll ensure there’s an elevator next time we visit. Regardless, we had a great stay.

Great stay, nice condo and comfy beds, backyard fishing was awesome caught some four pounders and close enough to walk to eat in bay towne or look at beautiful scenery. Property manager very helpful would stay again

Great location, many amenities. Perfect Christmas Getaway

Our family of five, my husband and I and our three kids ages 10-14, spent Christmas at this property. It was very clean, a short distance from many amenities, and fun for all. The property listing is spot on. The complex is beautiful, access to shopping, arcades, fishing, and even a heated pool were a bonus.I've been visiting Ft. Walton, Destin, Miramar, 30A, and Cape San Blas for nearly 30 years, and I would definitely recommend this property for a family.

Graduation trip

We frequent Sandestin , and this was one of our favorite properties. Very well-maintained. Everything is just as advertised highly recommend a host was amazing.

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay in Sandestin. Our family comes twice a year and have stayed at various properties. This condo was as advertised, very clean and great location. Golf cart was newer than some we’ve used while here, with no issues. Communication with John was excellent, very accommodating! Check in was easy! Thanks for being an excellent host!

Holiday visit

The property is very spacious and clean. The bedroom with 2 beds is listed as queens, but they are actually only full size and caused our family to have to adjust our sleeping arrangements.

No stress. No pressure

We normally spend our vacation running all over the pan handle shopping and looking for resturants. Once we arrived on site we never got nack in pir vehicle. Plenty to do within a golf cart distance.

Great value and great location

We travelled with three kids ranging in age from 6 to 16. They all had a great time and found plenty to do, from beach trips to the golf course to Baytowne Wharf. The ability to use the golf cart was an added bonus and made getting around convenient and fun. The unit contained plenty of space and amenities to make our stay comfortable and a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family getaway!

We were looking for a nice place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday and so glad we found this townhome. The whole family enjoyed the resort and this unit made for a nice stay. This unit is conveniently located within the resort. The house was clean and attractive and having the golf cart added to our enjoyment. We look forward to returning soon.

Great location with all the amenities

Really enjoyed our stay. The golf cart access was the best. Slightly disappointed we were not notified of the roofing work prior to our stay, as we had small children & animals. I understand it must be done but the workers failed to keep the area clean & I did step on a nail walking downs the back porch stairs
