Unit Overview
Location, Location, Location!!! This is a first-class beachfront unit in one of the best locations in Gulf Shores. It’s the closest condo building to the public beach and The Hangout, putting you within easy walking distance of nearby attractions and dining.

Interior & Amenities

Updated kitchen with granite countertops and a large breakfast bar with seating for everyone. The kitchen’s amazing view makes cooking on vacation a pleasure.
Tiled balcony with excellent beach views; the surf can be heard from the master bedroom.
Ceramic tile flooring throughout.
Attractive bar area with bar stools.
Wall-mounted HD TVs with DVD players and stereo system.
Many conveniences provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Very nice and clean location was amazing. Right on the beach Family was in the same building so it was an amazing vacation.

Enjoyed the stay but wasn’t aware that we would have to pay 45.00 for parking at the condo!

Enjoyed the beach and every restaurant we ate at was awesome. Great Food!

Piece of Paradise

This is a little piece of paradise located right on the gulf! The view out our bedroom window was perfect! We could walk to shops & restaurants & enjoyed the water park on days that double red flags were flying! We would stay here again!

Great stay, bring everything!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The only reason for 4 stars is because there was very little in it. We each had 1 towel to use for the entire week, luckily there is a washer/dryer but a couple extra nath towels.would be nice. We are also used to staying in places that have some games or

Ok place

The main bedroom was hot, there was no airflow in there. When we initially walked in, it had a bad smell. The place in itself was clean, overall. It misled you on the views, it was on the first floor but there was a large sand dune that blocked most of the beach view. The initial listing showed that parking was $25. When I messaged Tracey about it, after the initial response from her, she never responded again after I asked her another question. The last thing, one of the twin size beds was leaning and the mattress was no good.

Perfect beachy gulf shores Hangout

This adorable condo was perfect for our needs! We loved the location - steps from Hangout and the beach … pool was the right size and everyone was super friendly. The owner has excellent communication and helpfulness … the checkin process was so convenient… you will love this place!!! A++++++

Great condo in perfect location

Loved the renovated kitchens and baths. Nice to have 2 full baths and washer and dryer too. Great view of the ocean and nice size balcony to sit out and relax. Perfect for families!!!

First Time Stay

We spent 5 days here for SB 2022. The property was newly listed so there were no previous reviews under the new owner. When arrived the check in process was easy. Once we got in the unit the cleaning was poorly done as there was sand all over the floor and dust everywhere. When we let out the sofa bed there was chips and food on the mattress and my son stated that sand was on his sheets in the guest bedroom which indicated the linens hadn’t been washed prior to our arrival. When I reached out to the property owner to discuss our concerns she was very apologetic and kind stating that she had just taken over ownership. The second day the lights in the kitchen did not work and was out for approximately 3 hours due to some issues with the entire property. The kitchen faucet was not securely tightened so when we tried to move it from one sink to the next it broke off. Location was nice as it was right off the beach but the view from the main bedroom was obstructed and not as nice as some of the other units or properties along the beach. Overall, I would travel back to Gulf Shores but think I would choose a more modern property in the future.

Hi my name is Tracey. Myself, my husband and 2 children reside in Suwanee Georgia. We are originally from Alabama and my husband grew up in Loxley. My sister and I own this condo and 5 others in and around the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We grew up visiting the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf coast and continue to vacation there to this day. We love the gulf coast and hope you will as well!

This is a nicely updated unit in the heart of Gulf Shores. You can walk to pretty much anything at this location. It is perfect for a couple wanting to go to the beach for the weekend, families or even for a couple wanting to spend the winter at the beach! It is just steps to the nearby Gulf Shores public beach park and the Hangout! Closest complex to both!

Its central location is the best thing about this property. It is so close to everything happening in Gulf Shores! It is directly on the beach. You cannot get much closer the beach! View is incredible and the unit was recently updated.
