Great Stay
Our family had a great stay. We utilized the day passes at the resort on the other side of the highway and rode the trolley to get there. We rented a car and had a private parking space; we visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and ziplined over cenotes. There was a pool within the property that our young children loved. When there was an issue with the sink leaking it was immediately addressed. The only hiccup was the check in process. The issue seems like it was due to the personality of one security guard, as he continued to be unfriendly to the point of blatant rudeness every time we encountered him. He was the only guard who asked for our identification, and after we had our initial encounter with him at check in, he seemed angry every time we saw him. None of this was the fault of the host and she worked quickly to resolve the issue, for which we are grateful.
We would absolutely book again with this host.
