Located in a former iconic hotel in the Arcachon Basin dating from the early 20th century, right on the seafront, this charming one-bedroom apartment is on the 4th and top floor with elevator access. Please note that access to the elevator requires climbing a few steps (approximately 5 to 7) from the building entrance. It offers all the necessary comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, with a south-facing loggia and a parking space.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a separate toilet, and a pleasant, bright, south-facing living room with a 160cm sofa bed, a television, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, two-burner electric cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine). The kitchen is cleverly separated from the living room by a breakfast bar with stools and provides access to the loggia. The bedroom, also opening onto the loggia, has two 80cm beds pushed together (160cm), and a wardrobe. The spacious, contemporary bathroom has two entrances: one from the bedroom and the other from the toilet. The approximately 8m² south-facing loggia is furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning, ideal for enjoying the sun and a beautiful panoramic view of Arcachon. The apartment impresses with its high-quality features: original parquet floors, tasteful contemporary décor, and an exceptional location. Arcachon's main beach is right at the foot of the building, and the municipal market is just 350 meters away. A non-assigned parking space is included. Pets are not allowed.
