Located 650m from the Arcachon Casino, 900m from the shops in L'Aiguillon and the train station, and 1100m from the Thiers pier:
Very pleasant 75m² two-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor with elevator in a well-maintained building: Entrance hall, double living room opening onto a terrace with SEA VIEW, double sofa bed, dining area, TV, and Wi-Fi.

- Separate kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

- Bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and TV
- Bedroom with two single beds (90x190)

- Separate WC.

In Arcachon there is something magical about holidays! You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the market, the Moorish park, the observatory etc...
or by bike through 220 km of cycle paths that surround the Arcachon basin to visit the coast to the PILAT dune.
-The tour bus (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
End of stay cleaning is included.

Schöner Spätsommer am Bassin d'Arcachon

Die Wohnung ist umfassend und qualitativ ausgestattet, gepflegt und und sauber. Die Wohnung wird wohl auch vom EIgentümer genutzt und daher ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Ansonsten wie auf den Fotos. Man kann direkt an den Strand, da ist man ruckzuck im Wasser oder auch an die Promenade. Lage ist sehr gut. Parken etwas schwierig (Passat), muss man schon gut reinzierkeln in die Garage und sollte nicht allzu beleibt sein. Von der Promenade war es zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht laut, im Hochsommer ist aber bestimmt einiges an Betrieb. Der Nachbar von dem Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Betten schaut laut fern, vielleicht das einzige Manko. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Uns dreien hat es sehr gut gefallen, für uns eine spitzen Wochnung!

Tout est parfait, en 1er la vue, l'agencement de l'appartement, la décoration, l'équipement notam...

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à 4 dans cet appartement très confortable. On est vite comme chez nous. L'emplacement est parfait. La vue magnifique. Le seul bémol est le box qui est petit et il faut savoir maneuvrer surtout avec une grosse voiture.

Très bel appartement!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement hyper confortable, très bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage. Tout l'equipement est de qualité, les lits confortables, le logement est pratique, bien décoré, avec une place de parking, proche de la gare et des commerces. Le plus agréable est la grande terrasse équipée et vue mer.

Emplacement et vue au top

Superbe appartement T3 dans une jolie résidence au 1er étage avec une vue magnifique sur la plage le port de plaisance et le bassin d'Arcachon,proche du centre ville, commerce, resto piste cyclable juste devant la résidence ( boucle d'Arcachon environ 15km) un très agréable séjour malgré le temps pas au top ...
