Great Stay

It was everything we expected, and we expected it to be great. It is in a calm and comfortable neigjborhood and a quick easy walk to the riverwalk.

Unexpected

Me and my family was very excited about our trip to Tampa until we arrived at rental. The property was very dated and very small. Most of the blinds in the rental are missing peices and all of them was too shorts for the window's so you could see through the part where the peices were missing and see under the bottom of the blinds where they are too short. There were no blinds at the kitchen window and anyone that past by could look in. When I talked to the owner her response was the window didn't have blinds in the pictures on VRBO either. The parking was a bit odd because you had to park on the street and if you didn't make it back in time to park in front of your rental you had to drive down an alley in the back of the property and park in a space behind the property. Because it was a last minute trip we had to make do with what we had. If I had to do it again I would not choose this property again.

Cute Bungalow

Great place my family had a great time it was $10 Uber to downtown Tampa. Cute place was it was great deal for the price. All good great location and very comfortable.

A good stay.

This property was adequate for our reason to stay. A unique property. Our designated parking was squeezed due to the communities garbage from previous tenants. We were hesitant to walk on the shaggy carpet area rug in the third bedroom. Early in the morning a critter would run in the wall next to me or on the exterior of the property wall. Other than the usual things to expect from an older property in an older neighborhood we found the property to be nice and adequate. The host was responsive and informative. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very clean!

Easy access to downtown and very clean. Parking in front on the street was easy most of the time. Quiet neighborhood and we felt safe there. We would stay here again. Some new cookware and more comfortable seating in the living area would really make this place even nicer.

Wonderful property in great location

This property was wonderful-so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean!!! And cute. It's all easy 10 minute walk to the Armature where there are great restaurants, public market and access to Riverwalk. Neighborhood feels safe and friendly.

Convenient location in a nice neighborhood

Requested last minute stay and got back from property manager within an hour. The location is very good for us. My husband is in TGH and this place is only 10 minutes local drive to the hospital. Internet is fast and neighborhood is quiet and nice. My son enjoyed it and i enjoyed walking dog. The food court is walking distance. Very convenient. Everything is clean. Kitchen has everything we need. Really appreciate it.

Great Hosts, honest and friendly folks!

The community is mixed between very expensive and very cheap housing; however, when you have great hosts with very good communication you cannot beet that. It was just me and my puppy German Sheppard staying there, but this unit could easily accommodate 4 adults and two kids. In fact can honestly say those where some of the best hosts we had in the 20 years I've been using VRBO. I will certainly go back if business needs - I will never use ARBN - trust your hosts on VRBO

Clean but things to know

First and foremost the property is clean and in a cool and upcoming area of Tampa. Upcoming being a key word- I stayed here- a single female and my dog. Without my dog I would not have been comfortable in the evenings. The street has some interesting activities that I saw as a result of walking my pup prior to bed. The only parking available to you as a renter is the street. My car was side swiped during my stay. The owners of the property have several rental units on the same lot and ask that everyone parks in front of the house or on a near by side street. If all there properties are rented it can get tight in front of the house. Given the neighborhood I wasn’t comfortable parking on a side street and attempted to follow the request of only parking in front of the house and that cost me the hassle of having my car side swiped. The street is public parking so I should have parked where I wanted. I am sure the request of parking in front of the house relates to neighborhood politics and tried to abide but it cost me! The landlord has a good number of cameras outside the property (at at least 4 in plain sight). My guess is there are a couple more. When I reached out to see if anything was caught on camera I was told no. The two bathrooms and two of the three bedrooms are exactly the same. I think this was confusing when I reviewed the rental listing prior to booking. Not confusing in a concerning way but just a little unclear- so there are two full baths and three bedrooms. The two bathrooms are identical and two of the three bedrooms are pretty close to identical. The two queen beds are platform beds and sit low to the ground. Not an issue for me but imagine an older couple might not enjoy being 12 to 14 inches off the ground. The property managers were responsive the two times I reached out. Not particularly helpful but extremely quick to respond with I am sorry.

Lovely and well located home!

The house was clean and in a great location. It is about a 10 minute walk to Armature Works which seems like a popular and thriving food and shopping area. It was a great stay and we would not hesitate to return for future trips!

Perfect home for a Tampa visit

We spent the week visiting our UT student and the location and home could not have been better. Home is as pictures show, kitchen has all you need to cook however we only heated breakfast biscuits-too many wonderful restaurants nearby for dinner. The hosts were available and checked to see if we needed anything throughout the week which was very nice!! Neighborhood felt safe as we walked to armature works and the river daily! Will definitely plan to stay here again if dates are available!!

Super cute and comfortable house.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a super cute, clean, little house in the center of the city. It's located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It is, also, close to restaurants, the river walk, Armature works, and so many other activities. The hosts, Isaac and Lilac, are friendly and accessible. We would, definitely, stay in this property, again.
