About this space

🔥 Super spacious 2 bed/1 bath apartment located off River Road and Puyallup, close to all conveniences that Pierce County has to offer! FREE PARKING. Unit is in an all downstairs fourplex building, so nice and private compared to an apartment 🔥

Located next to the Puyallup light rail station so public transportation to Seattle/King County is very feasible.

Located close (~20 min drive) to JBLM gate.
The space
The space consists of a spacious 2bed 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen, full bathroom, all bedrooms with closet and queen sizes beds, living room with couch (could sleep one) and 55” smart TV, free parking, wifi, garbage disposal, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, washer and dryer in unit, heating, storage, and more.

We are pet-friendly; however, we do have a pet fee of $20 per pet per night if you want to bring your furry friend to our place. The payment request for this fee will be sent after the booking confirmation. After checkout, our cleaner will inspect the space for any damage, droppings, or other pet-related incidents. In the event of an accident or damage to our property, an additional fee will be charged. Please report any accidents prior to checking out. Please note that pets must not create a nuisance for other tenants in the building. If your dog tends to bark excessively, unfortunately, our place may not be suitable for them. We have a designated green area in the back of the space for your pet's private bathroom needs. Please use a leash and collect and dispose of all droppings.

We strive to make our guests satisfied and are more than happy to accommodate requests to make you feel at home and private.

We are just getting started and making upgrades as we go.

Exactly as described.

Very clean. Hosts were very kind to allow us an early check in. Also this was perfect for us traveling with our 2 mini aussies. Very good location for the Puyallup area too. We would stay again.

Great place to stay

Very nice 4-plex in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Lots of extra amenities provided. Communication was fast and process was very easy. Perfect place to stay in the Puyallup area!

Puyallup Stay

Overall, this was a nice place to stay for a long weekend. The owners were communicative and provided excellent instructions on finding the place and checking in. The unit does not have AC but the owners provided portable AC units for each bedroom which was appreciated! It is an older apartment that could use a few upgrades but you will have everything you need while staying here.

I would recommend the kitchen be furnished with pot holders and a cutting board. It would be nice to have a clock in the bedroom. I understand bugs are part of nature, but there was an ant problem. We were very careful not to have any food out, but they were very persistent. Please don’t take these comments as critical, just informational. We did enjoy our stay, thank you.

Was a nice cozy place

It was a quiet property nestled close to some great parks and entertainment. I gave a 4 star for location because it was difficult to find via google maps but apple maps did much better. The hosts were very courteous and asked if we needed anything else upon arrival. There was coffee and creamer available which was nice because we got in so late we didnt have time to stop.

Easily accessible

Easy to find, quiet, and clean. Owner was available to answer any questions, and they provided coffee and snacks that were much appreciated--it kept us from having to go out and buy breakfast! We did eat at Crocketts Public House and Mama Stortini's, and they were both delicious!
