Vickery Cottage - Charming, Cozy, & Comfy

Welcome to Vickery Cottage! Kick back and relax in this guesthouse, which is a charming, stylish space with a vintage vibe. Your reservation includes a cottage with spacious living, approximately 850 sq ft. There is a porch in front of it with a small bistro set and small yard. It features one Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, another Queen size pull-down, murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen features a full fridge, dishwasher, restaurant quality inductive range top with hood and there is an air fry/toaster oven too. An added feature is a full side by side washer & dryer. Huge bathroom space with large walk-in shower. Option: BBQ & eat on patio.

We are a quiet community in Summit, WA. Our property is a one-acre parcel with a pole barn; we share, your space is the Cottage, designated parking, and small front yard. We love our space and for the most part, a calm place. We do not allow events, parties, smoking, (vaping or drugs of any kind), and no pets. I do the cleaning, and I am very allergic to pet dander. Once in a while you will hear traffic but because we are in a rural area - just bullfrogs in the summertime. Our guests love our location because it is quiet yet close to grocery store, etc.

Don't worry about privacy because our house is only attached from our laundry room to laundry area on both sides. Vickery Cottage is very well insulated too for sound and heating/cooling.
We hv two outside cameras, one on the porch of the cottage and one on the pole-barn looking at the parking spaces. The homeowner also has a window camera looking in their yard. This is for our guests and homeowners' protection. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out and ask. Happy Travels!

Again, please note: Vickery Cottage is a no-pet,
no-smoking/vaping facility (inside or outside), ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, plus accommodating my medical condition. I have asthma. If a guest, their guests, or visitors violate these policies in or out of Vickery Cottage, there will be specialized cleaning fees attached to your reservation.

What a charming cottage! We loved this place. It is so comfortable and well equipped. The bed is super comfortable and the Murphy bed was a nice bonus when we had our grandsons come for an overnight. Couldn't recommend this more! And our hosts were fantastic.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay we were in town for a horse show and location was great. We wanted something in a quiet area and it was perfect. Everything was clean just liked advertised. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We loved Vickery Cottage. It was very spacious for a 1 bed/1 bath vacation rental. We stayed for 10 days to spend time with our son and his family. It is everything it was advertised to be. The host has provided absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We will be back!!

We loved having Carol & her hubby stay in Vickery Cottage. I was able to meet & chat a bit with both of them. A very friendly couple! They gave great care of Vickery Cottage while they nested here. It pleases me that Parents, Grandparents, or whomever stays and are able to see family while they are here. Making great memories while in Vickory Cottage :) We hope Carol makes another reservation at another time!

Enjoyable Stay at Vickery Cottage

We had a wonderful experience at Vickery Cottage, check in was simple and straight forward, the cottage was exactly as describe, clean, neat and tidy, as well as easy to find, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet with plenty of parking, when it came time to check out, that too was simple and easy, we would definitely recommend Vickery Cottage when traveling to the Tacoma Puyallup areas. The area we live in, many years ago, was known for its berry flats. Most of the parcels here are at least a half acre to 10 acres. We enjoy the feel of country yet it’s easy to hop onto a major highway within 3-5 minutes . Our location is just the best!
