We are excited to welcome you to our vacation home in Glendale, Arizona. The pool heat pump will be set to 90 degrees, however, due to near freezing temperatures in the winter season and changes in weather, it may drop below the set temperature. No worries as the pool heater will be on and running 24/7 during your stay. The ideal swimming times are between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & removal of this listing on multiple platforms.
