This spacious and bright 151 m² chalet is the ideal setting for holidays with family or friends, in summer or winter.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming entrance hall leading to a modern, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine), which opens onto the dining area. This gives direct access to the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and garden, with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc range.
The lounge, complete with a fireplace, is the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains.
High-speed fibre internet connection (400 Mbps) and guest WC complete this level.

On level -1: a large leisure area awaits you with a TV lounge and a games room (table tennis, Nintendo, etc.).
You will also find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a garage.

On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of:
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190)
- 1 separate bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet

For your convenience, the chalet also has a ski locker, a garage and two outdoor parking spaces.

During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Les Praz de Chamonix is easily accessible by car or public transport. Guests travelling by car can use the garage and two free parking spaces in front of the chalet.
With the bus stop 50 metres away (La Rosière) and Les Praz de Chamonix train station 1 km away (Mont Blanc Express), you can easily explore the rest of the valley with our guest maps.
On foot, it takes 15 minutes to reach the centre of Chamonix, enjoying a pleasant walk along the Arve river.
