Bike to the beach or just relax by the pool it is heated there is outdoor space also. Did I mention you also have a garage for your vehicle. So come to Bonita Beach and see how beautiful it is. Great Stay! Great Location!

Thank you Linda and Kurt for a great stay at your condo! I stayed here with my elderly parents and it was great that it was on the 1st floor clean and nice large lanai and it's only a 1 to 2min drive to the beach and all stores are a short drive as well! ! A great place to stay all in all.

Pleasant time away

We have a very nice comfortable stay I think the thing we liked most about being in BonitaSprings is the location was perfect. We walked to the beach. We walked to have wonderful meals. It was a pleasure.

VRBO Bonita Beach Stay

Our trip was exactly what we hoped for. The Condo was very nice,clean and easy access to things we wanted to do. We had a fire alarm that started beeping, we contacted the owners and they took care of it that day.The heated pool was wonderful. It was a great experience.

Nice, Relaxing Stay

It was a good, comfortable place to stay for the month of February! Linda was a gracious hostess. We had one minor problem while there. She fixed it right away. Thank you Linda, for a nice relaxing vacation!

Close to the beach.. loved it!!

Unit was clean and very comfortable. Great decorating and a nice beach retreat. I highly recommend staying here. Great amenities and cooking toys.

A nice place to stau

We found the property very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Its location was a short drive to the Bonita Springs beaches which unfortunately were impacted by the hurricane. The property was also very close to restaurants, shopping, and all the SW Florida attractions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great place

This is a very nice place. The hosts responded quickly and were terrific when I had a question. The unit was clean and well stocked, including nice little touches that show the hosts care how they present it to guests. Beds were comfortable and there was great water pressure in the showers! I recommend staying here.

Bonita condo

Property was exactly as advertised and after a brief entry issue (quickly addressed by owners) we had an enjoyable two week stay. Great proximity to beaches and restaurants/shopping. On a busy road but U-turns easy to negotiate. Would have preferred an indoor eating/game table as enclosed patio was mosquito accessible and I’m a mosquito magnet. Nice warm pool and plenty of parking including a garage. Would consider staying again when visiting the area.

Escape from winter

The kitchen is very well equipped. The owners have even thought of night lights in the bathrooms and bedrooms! The second bedroom is perfect for 1 adult or 2 children, but would be small for 2 adults.

Nice Extended Stay

Condo was a perfect base for exploring Naples and Fort Myers. We liked the layout and screened porch, where we ate, played cards, and relaxed. We had very nice weather and really enjoyed getting away from the snow. Hurricane Ian changed our plans for nearby beach time, but we enjoyed Vanderbilt Beach which was fairly close. The owners had a lot of useful supplies on hand. The only unfortunate part was that the grill needed repairs, so we weren’t able to use it. But it was a very nice stay for us, at almost 2 weeks.

Overall we were pleased with our condo! the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was stocked nicely with pots/pans and even a few basic cooking supplies (some spices, oil, sugar). Stocked keurig and individual creamers were nice. There is no table/dining chairs inside the unit, but there is a very nice screened in lanai with plenty of seating just off the living area. closest beach is 1 mile straight down the road, but is currently closed due to Ian damage. We went to VanderBilt beach, a 6 mile bike ride. grocery store is about 1 mile away. Several restaurants within walking/biking distance. Ebb and Flow bike rentals across the street had nice rental bikes and very helpful owner.

Fantastic stay! Would return.

Everything was great. Location is close to beach, restaurants and activities. Size was perfect for me and two teens. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Bonita. Bonita beach (one mile) is better than Sanibel Island. Doc’s Beach House is a favorite. Will stay at again.

I like that it's on the ground floor, the Lanai is quiet and it has a beautiful view from the rooftop deck. There is an elevator. Located in front of building that you can take up or take the stairs. We love being near the beach and Bonita has so much stuff to do...We Highly recommend making reservations BEFORE you arrive during season. The resturants are all within walking distance from unit but are very busy in the season. PLAN AHEAD! There is also a separate 1bed 1bath unit next door if needed at an extra cost. Older building but everything works and the unit is cleaned and sanitized by a specialist. Perfect location!!!
