Bonita Springs is a sleepy town growing into the next Naples....like it or not. LOL. We have friendships with lots of local native Floridians. We love the beach access and the closeness to everything we need. We chose Florida for the sunshine and here for the Sunny Climate.

Most of our property has water access for kayaking, boating or paddleboarding. All our inventory is kept up pretty good, we are contractors and our approach has been to buy fully renovate and put on short term rentals. And keep up with the maintenance as needed. Our properties are special in a way, we own and operate a demolition business here called Remove It Pros Inc. We repurpose a large amount of perfectly good items heading to the dump through our day to day operations of the demolition business, we rescue stuff most demo companies around here put into the dumpsters.
