Valérie welcomes you to a beautiful, characterful 19th-century bourgeois residence, fully and meticulously restored. Peace and tranquility abound in the heart of a beautiful 1.4-hectare property (featuring a lovely large garden, a convivial "barbecue" area with a fire pit, griddle and pizza oven, and a private pontoon "on the water"), nestled on the banks of the Saône, in a cul-de-sac within a peaceful residential area steeped in history (with a rich past of renowned "artisanal tile works"), bordering a gentle plain of cultivated fields and meadows, facing the picture-postcard quays of the town (illuminated at night). A renowned gastronomic destination with its Michelin-starred restaurants, this charming town, with its striking colorful facades lending it an unusual Mediterranean charm, is crisscrossed by gentle pedestrian streets. It boasts all modern amenities, an invaluable heritage, a unique level of sports and leisure facilities, and enjoys a sublime, unspoiled landscape (a succession of hedged meadows, rivers, beautiful wild forests, and vineyard-covered hillsides). This spacious and very comfortable gîte (holiday cottage) offers a warm, rustic charm, blending contemporary style with ethnic touches, enhanced by elegant stone walls and original beams. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, full of charm. A terrace facing the rising sun overlooks the courtyard, offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Saône River and Tournus. Composition: 4 gîtes and the owners' wine bar (open May to August, weekends only). The house comprises 2 separate gîtes (completely independent). Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Gas central heating. Washing machine in a shared laundry room (accessible from the outside). Ground floor: living room/kitchen/lounge, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm double bed and the other with a 140x190cm double bed), shower room, separate WC.
