Kona Isle captures the very spirit that defines Hawaii with its beautiful tropical gardens, private beach,
and ever-present tropical ocean breezes. Come lounge under the palm trees and watch the dolphins
and whales at play, enjoy swimming in the solar-heated pool and explore the tide pools along the ocean.
The ocean-front barbecue area allows you to dine with the spectacular Kona sunset as your backdrop.
Kona Isle has it all. It is a wonderful place to call ''home''.

The convenient location is just 20 minutes from the airport and minutes South on Alii Drive to Kailua
Kona town center. There you will find numerous shops, restaurants, Hulihhe Palace, and Mokuakaua
Church for you to explore. The Kona town trolley will take you North to Historic Keauhou where you
will find more shops, restaurants. Saturday farm market and a theatre.

The B building of Kona Isle is located close to the oceanfront pool and barbeque area. This corner
ground floor unit is private and quiet with a pleasing beach theme decor. Everything needed for your
memorable Hawaiian vacation is provided. Free WiFi and parking. Beach gear includes beach chairs, beach towels and cooler.

All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and
property manager to be confirmed.

One of Kona's most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists, and is well-known for being the
start of the marathon leg of the Ironman World Championship. For golfers, the Keauhou Country Club is a 5
to 10 minute drive to the south and for the anglers, Kona is famous for its world class deep sea fishing.
Kona Isle is centrally located between Kailua town and Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants,
cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping.

page on our website for more information. The Big Island of Hawaii offers some world-class
adventures, among the most magical experiences found anywhere. Night diving with the manta rays, swimming

We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring Kona and the rest of the Big Island, and it had everything we needed to relax after our adventures each day. Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Quiet, well kept garden complex away from the street. Ocean view from the lanai on this unit - just above the pool area and the excellent waterfront BBQ, lounge/sunset area. Nicely redecorated/updated. Waves at night make for peaceful sleep and the enthusiastic pre-dawn bird chorus, both front and back of the unit, is exhilarating and fun. Great, central location for Kona-Kailua activities and areas south.

Grounds with beachfront and bbq area were awesome. Nice lanai with spacious grounds. Close to town but quiet and private.

The property was absolutely stunning. Well maintained with beautiful courtyards and ocean seating area. The condo was better than I expected. Great upgraded kitchen with all the amenities we needed for enjoying our stay.Would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

The property the unit is located on is very well maintained , the grounds were clean , pool was sparking , not over crowded . The Unit location was great easy access to the pool and the oceanfront . The amenities were good having a washer and dryer , returning with clean clothes is a plus . The kitchen is somewhat updated with most everything you need to cook and a few containers to store any leftovers . Refrigerator was clean and kept things very cold .There is only one unit for Air conditioning so the back room was a little warmer , there was a box that’s provided and ceiling fan that we kept running most of the time. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it worked . The pull out bed we used once and just slept on tje couch with a sheet and pillow . You are close to Kona Village downtown which was good , most stores only about 2-4 miles . The check in process was easy , instructions very clear , WiFi , and checkout process was also clear . Everyone around the property were friendly and helpful . BBQ - were clean and easy to use . Overall I would stay again as it was a good location .

Good budget property

Very nice location and pool and grounds . Interior requires updating particularly bathoom . We appreciated all the beach gear and beachchairs and cooler bag etc . All in all we enjoyed the stay and were very appreciative of the Ac unit and fans. We would come back again .

Fell in love with Hawaii

This was our first trip to the big island and it did not disappoint. Our condo was perfect for us. Great location in Kona, great price, and spectacular views. We were happy to have some AC bc it did feel humid in the condo without it. The AC cooled the entire condo. We would definitely stay here again and hope to come back with the kids next time!

Very nice - would stay here again!

The condo was very nice, king sized bed was comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed...except a dishwasher (how did I miss that detail?!) Dawn at Hawaiian Isle Vacations (property mgr) was VERY responsive when I called about the toaster burning toast - she had a new one there by the time we were back that same afternoon. Nice to have a reserved/dedicated parking spot. The pool and beach area were wonderful and everyone we met (including a couple we went to dinner with!) were very friendly and quiet neighbors. There are ALOT of older people who live at Kona Isle and that was just fine with us (no loud parties)!
