Enjoy everything Wilmington offers from it's award winning restaurants to it's top notch night life. Everything located within one block walking distance. You will be relaxing in a one bedroom apartment with full amenities that include wireless Internet , all linens , full kitchen and separate living room. Enjoy breath taking views from your balcony that over looks the Cape Fear river.

**~MUST BE A MIN OF 23 YRS OLD TO RENT THIS CONDO~**

-Washer/Dryer in unit

- Free offsite parking for 1 vehicle

~The whole place is yours!

~1 Parking spot is provided off site in a secure parking garage 1.5 blocks away.
additional parking may be purchased for $15.00 per day.

~We are located on the coast and adverse weather is sometimes a factor , Please understand we DO NOT offer refunds for adverse weather conditions we will give you a credit for any monies paid to use for alternate dates within 60 days. We encourage you purchase trip insurance through your local travel agent for such things as hurricanes and snow storms. Hurricane season is June 1st thru November 30 please make a note of this when booking.

~We will supply a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, a few dishwasher pods, small bars of handsoap beside sinks, and a few trash bags (kept under current trash bag in can). Please plan accordingly on what you need to bring depending on your length of stay.

~By booking this condo you agree to all the covid rules and restrictions put in place. If you have any questions concerning the rules and restrictions please message before requesting to book. Booking constitutes acceptance of said covid restrictions.
~ The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises NO 3rd party bookings permitted.
~ Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.
~ Additional fees of $50 per guest will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival.
~ This property is NOT available for parties or social gatherings of any sort and only intended to be used by its registered guest ONLY.
~ QUIET times are observed between 9 pm - 8 am
~ This is a NON-smoking condo. If air quality sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!!
~ ID is required for all guests on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival for access codes to be activated for check-in or this will significantly delay your check in
~Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys, (if keys are required) and parking pass must be returned or a $150.00 loss of your deposit.
~ Keep the property and all furnishings in good working order.
~ Only use appliances for their intended uses
~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring pets of any sort, service, or other please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs. Violation of the NO PETS rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund. **OWNER OCCUPIES PROPERTY PART-TIME - PETS PRESENT HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES TO THE OWNER~
~ Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home ONLY. Disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without a refund. **THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RENTED GUESTS SPACES~ iMac has a webcam that is for your use and NOT enabled for video/audio monitoring remotely by the host or outside source without guest permission. You are free to unplug the computer if this is preferred!
~ WSR is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. WSR is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use as registered guest.
We don't allow any alterations to reservations within 30 days of arrival that would reduce the days you've already booked.

Great stay

Had a great stay. Quiet and easy access to everything downtown. Super nice management when I needed help with something. Overall recommend to everyone wanting to take a trip to Wilmington. I know I will stay here again in the future.

Very nice unit. Clean & set up nice. The bed however is NOT a queen as listed, so if you’re 2 adults that expect to sleep in the same bed, you better be small

Lovely spot

Well appointed property. Comfortable bed and lovely bath. The kitchen is just enough with coffee maker,stove, and fridge! The view faces the river the balcony is lovely to sit and let the cares drift dow river. The only draw back is it is located at the bottom of a very steep hill!

Could’ve been better

LOVED the property, but the communication with the owner was borderline rude. Because it was the 4th of July holiday, there was a lot of action going on in the area, so calling the owner was easier for me. But the more I called, the more attitude he had.

Girls Getaway

My college roommate, best friends for 48 years needed a get away to catch up and Wilmington was a great location to meet up. The condo is perfectly located in downtown Wilmington. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The river side balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The condo is perfect for two but the sofa bed was not comfortable. The parking garage was conveniently located.We felt completely comfortable walking in the area at anytime. Hope to use this getaway again.

Hectic

Me and my mom came to Wilmington to visit my little cousin. This was the hardest check in and check out I have ever had and I travel a lot. The property manager was rude to me on the phone and I haven’t received my refundable deposit for the property. I have messaged him but no response. Won’t be back.

A bit aggravating but condo was nice

The Condo was what I was expecting but I did not like the fact I had to park my car 2 blocks away and carry my luggage. Other visitors in other condos claimed they parked right at the condo. They also claim its a1 block away and it's really 2. The condo itself was nice but the bed mattress was horrible. You roll to the center. I did not sleep well. If they would fix those 2 items then I would reconsider my next stay.

What you see is what you get!!!

Everything was exactly as advertised in the pictures, description, & most reviews. Parking was easier & closer than some reviews made it out to be. Its a walking town: everything is closeby. Knocked it down a star because there wasn't a .5 star option (the shower was very slow to drain, we had to clean the keurig, & the mattress was squishy and concave). The host provided nice, super soft toilet paper & travel soap/shampoo. Kitchen area was perfect size with the basic necessities. Building is very safe and view is excellent, especially from the balcony. The unit is on the end which was nice beacuse there were windows on the side, making it feel more open. Host provided very clear, straightforward directions for building & unit access as well as parking garage access. Would definitely go back!

Would not recommend.

Where should I start. The property lists occupancy at max 4 but beware if you have 3 or 4 people staying the in rental instead of 1 or 2 they will charge you an extra $160 and refuse to let you into the unit in you oblige them. The unit was dirty and didn’t have any garbage bags when we arrived. Additionally while there is a pull out sofa, no extra bedding is provided. There are no “extras” with this place. You literally get a bare bones room and then are expected to thoroughly clean the place before you leave. Guess that’s why it was so dirty when we arrived!

Fantastic location, nice view, and clean

This is a great downtown location. You are in the thick of it, so be prepared to hear some street sounds and maybe the music from Front Street. It was part of the charm for us. We had an amazing view of the fireworks during the Azalea Festival. We walked to the amphitheater along the water to a concert, and you can walk to pretty much anything downtown. The place was spotless and well-equipped. The only thing missing were a couple of wine glasses. The bed needs to be replaced, which I communicated to the host. I received an appreciative response, but I would ask whether it is new before staying again. Make sure to allow ample check-out time, as there is only one loading zone space, and you may have to wait in line. We had a great time and overall recommend the host and the condo. I even forgot something after check-out, and they let me go back to get it, opening the door via remote access. Great experience. Check out Social being the building for live music and cocktails.

Poor communication /customer service

I had reached out to Property owner a few days before we were to arrive to let him know that we would not be able to use our reservation as my husband sustained a fall with ankle fracture and could not travel . I had asked at that time, knowing it was non-refundable, if he would consider us moving the reservation to later in the year when my husband could travel. After not hearing from owner after a few days, I reached out again as he never responded. At that point he said he would need to ask his partner if he would allow us to use reservation later in year. A few more days passed and I had to reach out again. The owner had asked us when we were thinking of coming down and we indicated late Nov ( but that we were also flexible) Since sending that email 3/29 I have gotten no responses despite sending 2 additional follow up emails dated 4/4 and 4/7.

Perfect location and upgraded condo

I had a great stay. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee with a view of the river and people watching. It was great to have a washer and dryer and parking nearby. Great location.
